What outstanding customer service from Joe V. and his boss. Came out at 5:30 pm and worked hard for hours to get my AC running. Our HVAC was not producing cool air. We tried replacing the air filter and switched the main breaker switch several times, to no avail. Called Wolff Mechanical for repair service and Richard, our service rep from Wolff's arrived (ahead of schedule) and was able to diagnose the problem without having to enter our home. In less than an hour, we were "chillin' " again! Thank you, Richard!

Recently had trouble with one of our air conditioners. It turned out there were 2 issues at play. The major issue was promptly diagnosed and fixed by Zac, who came up with a plan to address the minor issue. Thanks to his efforts and follow through, DJ came out that evening and was here until 11pm. He discovered and fixed a very subtle issue and our AC has been running great since then!
