I was referred to The Plumber Guy. I was very pleased with the service, not only on the phone, but the service done at my home. They were on time, friendly and worked with my schedule. My kitchen faucet completely broke on a Saturday and Tina who answered my call was very friendly and accommodating and sent Roman over within a few hours to install a new one that I purchased on my own. The price to install was about average based on my research. All in all a very nice and professional job done by all. I will definitely be using them again.

Joe was great very professional. He was honest didn't try to sell me anything more then I needed and actually gave me information on how to save money. I would say joe was very honest and you don't come across ppl like this. I mean come on what company tries to save you money they are always trying to sell you something. Joe came in I told him what was wrong he fixed it with no BS! I will definitely use this company again and I am requesting joe come back out!

I saw that my Rudd water heater was leaking today so I called The Plumber Guy since they were an authorized dealer it was still under warranty. Someone was at my house in about 15-20 minutes and started work right away. They swapped out the water heater under warranty and had me up and running again in about 3 hours which included them having to go get the new water heater. I was very happy with their service.

The work was fine for plumbing as they knew what they were doing, but the price was outrageous. $250 to install two shower handles that I provided, with a coupon! Maybe I need to be a plumber. Quote was $750 for a free standing ice maker to be put in also with a water line and drain line that was nearby the unit. I Had to decline that one. I guess the worst part was the tech was stoned. I get its 2020 post election and its legal now, but common!

We had a great experience with this company. They just came to give us an estimate because we had a sewage odor coming from an area in our home. They are great with communication, from emailing and texting and calling to let you know about your scheduled appointment, to letting us know when the plumber was en route (along with sharing a photo and name of the person who would be coming to our home). Jeremy the plumber who came explained everything that he was doing.
He consulted with another plumber about our issue and suggested that we try a lower cost solution before bringing them in to do a more expensive procedure. We really appreciated their honesty and for not immediately trying to sell us on the other service. Based on our experience we will definitely call them when we need plumbing service and would recommend them to others wanting honest and efficient plumbing services.

I am so pleased with the service we got from this company. After calling multiple plumbers and even having one come Into our home and charge us a lot of money to do the exact same thing we already did. This company came in spent a lot of time and helped us. Our plumber guy was Danny and he was kind, funny and fixed our problem and we could not be happier.

I've used them around two years ago and "Ziggy" was great! He cleaned the drains and they worked perfectly. He was efficient and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better and will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

Needed to replace our kitchen faucet and a valve, the scope of work a bit more difficult than most. Jeremy showed up a bit early (he called first for the heads up), repaced the faucet and leaky valves, the old tubing and even "cleaned up" the piping set-up! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We will call should the need arise.

We are a totally satisfied customer of The Plumber Guy! Yesterday was the second time we've used them (different plumbing problems each time) and we would definitely call on them again if the need arises. First of all, I like that they have someone answering the phone when I call the office, rather than an automated attendant. Patrice in the office was friendly and helpful, she looked up my account from previous, and arranged for the same technician (Jeremy) to come out for the service. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, and he was able to resolve my problems quickly on both occasions, and the charges were very reasonable. We highly recommend The Plumber Guy.

I called for a second opinion after a quote from the first plumbing place that was recommended to me. I found these guys on Yelp. Working on an issue at my Dad's house, I am not sure what I am going to do or who I am going to use, but even at this point I have to say that the customer service from The Plumber Guy has been outstanding! They have been friendly, quick to set up an cost-free appointment, prompt, and seemingly honest in their assessment and quote. I'm still trying to decide what to do, but I feel like if I used these guys, I would be very satisfied!

Absolutely amazing! I wish I could give more stars. Carlin came out to quote us a tankless water heater, the price was around what we thought and was able to start today. We ended up getting a tankless system and a whole house filtration system as well. Extremely professional and answered all my questions and I feel we got a reasonable price for what we bought. Please know These systems are not cheap but long term worth the money investment. Watching him take the time to do all the modifications that have to be done from a regular 13 year old water heater to this one are not for joe homeowner to do, hire someone. We will definitely call them for any other plumbing needed items or maintenance!

Water pouring from our kitchen faucet when in use, unable to find the leak. called the plumber guy and got an appointment for next day Julio showed up on time, actually a little early.explained problem to him and he proceeded to tighten the faucet head."it was difficult to get the egg off my face" never thought to check that the head was loose. Julio informed me that this was a "courtesy call" and i would not be charged the $79 fee. Will definitely utilize their services, if needed, and recommend them. Thanks Julio, and thanks to The Plumber Guy.

Have used Yelp for years but never written a review. Today is the exception. Used The Plumber Guy to replace the hose's on the kitchen faucet. The best part is, they had a guy in our area and he was to the house within a few hours (I know this might not always be the case). Estevan was our service rep and was outstanding. Talked us through the repair and even gave us some advice going forward in dealing with our aging faucet. Next time I won't try and fix my plumbing issues myself, I will call The Plumber Guy.

Guy and Dave came to our rescue in the run up to Christmas Eve in Dec 2016, having had 4 engineers previously try to sort the struggling Worcester boiler and stone cold radiators. The Plumber Guy replaced the boiler, resolved a dangerous gas leak we were unaware of, and sorted all the pipes/radiators out. All finished by 16H Christmas Eve! Then again, in Dec 2017, we needed our annual gas safety check, and a temporary provisioning of sudden leaks in two bathrooms to see us over Christmas. Gas safety check performed with success. Highly recommended The Plumber Guy for a professional and "no messing" approach! Will use again in 2018!
