Mike (tall, blue eyes) just came to show me how to use my AC in my apartment in Walnut Creek (Decron Properties) and he was so nice and great! He taught me quite a bit and explained things in a way I could understand. Also, you should promote mike to a management position if he so wishes. Once employees get older manual labor is hard on their bodies and they should be offered management desk jobs. Random thought: Can you talk to Decron about installing solar panels on my property?
It would offset the cost of PGE. My rent is already high and any help would be great! Also, would you consider taking on men and women who want to work in HVAC to learn on the job? Seems like there's a lot of demand and you could gain more employees in this way. People have to go in debt to go to trade schools and large companies like yours should absolutely have internal trade school cohorts. You'd be helping people and yourself! I hope that helps.
