The technician was great. The phone representative was not helpful or at all concerned with level of service. We were put on a 20 minute hold. He couldn't answer any question directly and refused to schedule our general service which was needed in addition to the repair. He even put the wrong city in for our address (which was already in their system as they installed our ac) leading to the tech being there an hour later than planned.
I asked for a manager's help and got a call back saying he couldn't find them. The up charge or "service"charge for a simple $25 item that did not require more than 20 minutes to install was $300. The focus seemed to be on selling us on their service program rather than providing an affordable service. We will not be using them for anything other than warranty repairs. The two stars are only because the technician was great.
The rest of the experience was horrible. We purchased the system when they were ABC. It is no longer the type of company that I would suggest using for an item that will need ongoing maintenance/ support.

Bell Brothers has technicians that are very professional and have arrived on time and were quick to diagnose the problem. Repairs were performed the same day. They even have done "good deeds" while they were there. (they helped pull up some tiles and remove a baseboard so the drywall could dry out quicker as water was leaking from the shower into a closet.) Very professional and considerate of customers needs.

Heater inspection I have a fear of finding contractors as I don't know whom to trust and often these jobs are costly. There was a $99 fee for inspection service, but it was so worth it as everyone, from the customer service rep who picked up my phone to the technicians, was extremely professional and timely. Everything was transparent and I appreciate Sal & Michelle for doing a thorough job in inspecting and sending me all necessary info after.

Amazing customer service! All the techs (HVAC and plumbing) have been professional, on time, and very friendly. Easy to talk to and they take the time to explain things going on with your system without pushing services or parts you don't need. Customer support when calling in has always been easy to schedule with. Honestly, every person we've worked with along the way has been great. Re-upping our annual membership plan with them is always a no-brainer!

These guys were great. I had 2 other companies come by before them and they both told me I had to replace my furnace. Bell bros fixed my furnace and gave me an extremely fair price. I was so impressed I signed up for their yearly maintenance service. I have a baby and our house had been freezing for a week. Space heater was not enough. Thank you guys so much!
