Had a guy named Brody just recently come out and do a tuneup to our AC and now it is not working. I currently have been trying to talk to them and they are refusing to say that they caused a problem (ac unit work before he came.) and is refusing to help me out by fixing the AC unit ASAP and saying that they don't have to talk to me due to me renting the place. The lady picking up the phones says she is the manager yet is so rude. Also the Brody guy hung up on us as so did the "manager." Would love to have someone above her to contact me asap.

These guys are legit life savers. After struggling to get our Home warranty to get our AC fixed with no hope(had been out for 12 days before I called Tate's), we desperately called other companies to get this going and had a good recommendation for Tate's, we called and they came out same day(no one else would do that) and came out after we approved the quote and fixed it in less than two hours! Very happy with the service they delivered, the honesty with the issues and the quickness in response and execution. Will ALWAYS recommend them and call them first. (Cancelling our home warranty too. No reason to leave someone in AZ out of AC for that long) Appreciate you all! Thanks Tate's
