Thank you! It was 95° inside our home. They had a same day appointment available which we were extra grateful for. The previous appointment took longer than expected, but they called before our window was up and informed us of the delay. Then we got a text with a way to track the location of the driver. We were able to coordinate our departure from the store so we could arrive at the same time as the technician. He was in and out within 10 minutes, payment was reasonable, and he was kind to my children as well. AC is up and running!

Called a few places around town for service when my A/C wasn't cooling down the house adequately. They got out here the same day on one of the hottest days of the year. One competitor flat out refused to service my A/C due to it using the old type of coolant. (R22). Another competitor quoted the cost of R22 at literally twice the price per lb. as Agers. Jon Revelle was the tech. He was quick, super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't be happier.

It was the hottest day of summer so far and my air conditioning went out. Agers was quick to pick up when I called. They informed me their men were booked today but squeezed me in at the end of the day. I was able to track Steve, the HVAC expert, online so I knew exactly when he arrived. Steve was professional and took the time to show me burned/broken part. I would highly recommend Steve from Agers Heating and Cooling.

I called on a Friday. Scheduled someone to come out and discuss install options. They came out Monday morning & came back the following day and installed new A/C unit & a-coil. Great service, professional technician & very friendly! Service: Install AC

I requested service on a busy holiday weekend and the response time was very fast. I requested information on Friday and got a response Saturday requested a tech who showed up and fixed the problem Tuesday morning. Fast professional service. Was told by another company that the unit needed to be replaced or would cost over 400 to fix. This company came out and replaced the filters. 150 dollars later. The unit is working again. The room is back down to 68 degrees today from 90 yesterday. Thank you so much.
