Our AC went out overnight during this early June heat wave. Called Rhymes early in the morning and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule later in the afternoon. Very appreciative they could get to us as I know they are very busy! Adam was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system as he worked. Our heater went out in the dead of winter and rhymes got a new unit installed only 4 days later during the pandemic when almost everything was on backorder because of shortages! Great people to work with, they are honest and fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

Living in an old house and we have slowly replaced every piece of equipment as it got older and failed. Rhymes has done all the work from the 2 ac units to the water heater and boiler. Prices are competitive but the service is where it stands out. The techs are on time, professional and friendly. They communicate with you about the progress and they do the work right. No cutting corners.

After installing a new furnace and a/c last Christmas Eve, David came back to complete the a/c install that could be done earlier due to the cold weather. We really appreciated the furnace install, as the old one was going to die any minute. Now the a/c is ready to go! David, Darren, and everyone involved were friendly and professional. RHYMES is a GREAT company for your AC and heating needs. The installers were fantastic. Very courteous and respectful of my property. Installed my new AC and furnace in less than a day. Everyone at Rhymes, receptionist, salesman and installers were a pleasure to work with. My old AC quit working before the scheduled installation of new system. I called, Steve, my salesman, and told him my problem.

He managed to work me in a week early. I would recommend this company to everyone. ThankYou, Rhymes. PS. This company installed my first system 25yrs ago, and did a fantastic job then. Their high standards have not changed.

The team was fantastic. They were on time, courteous, quick, and did great work. At the end of the install they walked me though everything to explain what was done and answered any questions I had. Even the sales process was better. I had three quotes from other local companies and Rhyme was much easier to deal with and cheaper for the same equipment.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. We called Rhymes the next day and they had a service technician out within 2 hours. He offered to fix the problem but because our furnace was 35 years old, recommended that we look at new furnaces before spending a lot of money fixing the old one. The salesman came out and showed us all the options they offered. No pressure, just good information, knowledge, and experience in the industry.

After looking at all our options, we decided to buy a new furnace. Rhymes offered multiple financing options, with zero out of pocket and well within our budget. The install team was out the next morning with our new furnace. The team was professional and had the old furnace out and the new one installed within a few hours. This all was accomplished in less than 24 hours. And with temps in the single digits, we were very thankful for the hard work and dedicated Rhymes staff from service, sales, and installation. I will not hesitate to recommend Rhymes to all my friends, family, and co-workers.
