It includes 2 maintenance visits: a cooling checkup including a cleaning of the condenser coils as well as a furnace safety inspection during which we will check for gas leaks and the presence of carbon monoxide. You receive 7day emergency repairs, a waived service call with repairs as well as discounts, and a double warranty on all repairs (2 years).
