I had a number of contractor give me bids Advanced Heating and Air gave me the best bid and a great system over all they completed the installation in one day I'm very impressed with the service I received would recommend them to anyone A ++ thanks Robert McCaw

Can't say enough about how great the team at Advanced Heathing is. Rescued us twice this year. Great responce time(we live in Emmett) and stellar customer service. I used the online scheduling tool and got an immediate, automated response: "Hi Craig! We received your request and are working to fulfill it.". For days and no further contact. I responded to their automated response asking if they had an estimate for service. No response. I submitted a second online request and got the same immediate "working to fulfill it" response. Several hours later I submitted an online request to Ultimate Heating and Air.
I received an immediate response and personal phone call. They sent a tech to the house and we were back up and running in 45 minutes. So I can't really say much about Advanced's actual service because I never got to use it. But their online scheduler really sucks. Maybe I should have just picked up the phone, but. Problem solved, albeit with another service provider.

Our AC went out today. 108° outside. I called Advanced Heating and Air because I know they are honest reliable and they have integrity. They weren't able to get me in for two days. I was totally fine with that. Two hours later, I got a call and they were able to come today! Answered prayer! Our system was up and running in no time. Dwight came out and was very professional and honest. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air!

Our AC broke under warrantee. Was a pretty big deal. Advanced couldn't have been better. From the one who answered to phone, Jamie (amazing), to the follow up call. Top notch service. Super impressed with how they handled it. Donnie (technician) was super polite, professional, skilled. He soldered our coils himself and fixed it! Thank you! The Best!

Eric his crew came out today and installed a dual zone mini-split HVAC system in my garage today. They did a GREAT job. I am very detail oriented, and picky. They worked like they were doing it for their own home. Brian, Christian, and Dan did the install. Very skilled and very professional. Two of my neighbors had similar systems installed in their garages by the same company, Advanced Heating and Cooling. I'm very happy with the work the did. Mike M
