Words are not enough to explain my appreciation for this business, but I'll try my best. I run a business and the AC has been out for 3 days. All other initial options would not show up to the set appointment and then would refuse to answer a single one of my calls. This incredible business with genuine people that want their customers to be taken care of were on point! I called and within just a couple of hours they came to the spot, repaired the problem and had me back in business.
I couldn't have asked for better people and they were extremely reasonable on their pricing. You guys definitely have my business for the foreseeable future and will have my recommendation to anyone and everyone looking to have AC work. After a brief conversation on the phone, they had a service technician out in basically no time. Our tech was Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention courteous and friendly. He was able to get to the root of the issue quickly, and gave us a clear no-nonsense explanation of all our options. The pricing was about what you can expect with these types of repairs; we needed some electronics replaced in the furnace which is not cheap, but all in all I felt like the cost was very fair. I highly recommend Ryan at Advanced Air Conditioning.
