All Service calls begin at our 1-hour rate of $85. Since Cool Master has been servicing air condition units in the greater New Orleans area for over 30 years, we can diagnose your problem within that hour. All solutions will be quoted to you on the spot and previously approved before we begin any additional work so you don't have to worry about surprise billing. We often have the part you need right on our truck, but even if not we work with a few different supply houses to get the parts you need immediately.
