Showed up on time and were very professional. Had received another quote from a competitor that was more than Ram's Air charged for a new a/c unit. Will definitely use them in the future.

I called the company for the water leakage of A/C unit in my restaurant. They said coils were dirty and after cleaning the problem would end. 15 days later, A/C unit started to drop water again. We called them, they came and cleaned up the accumulated water and went away saying there would be no more. Unfortunately, 1 week later the problem occurred again. We called the company, but the response was unbelievable, unprofessional. The voice on the phone was saying that DO NOT CALL US AGAIN. What kind of respect and responsibility is this? I certainly do not recommend this company.

Called this company on sunday, they said they would send a technician and waited for 6 hours and nobody showed up! We called other company and got our AC fixed in less than an hour! Bad customer service!
