Keith at D&W AC performs my semi-annual maintenance on my ac unit. He is on time, thorough and pleasant. He only recommends items that are needed. Always professional, pleasant, and responsive. Service was flawless. We are happy to continue using D&W, and glad we found the a few years ago when we needed to replace our AC systems. Would highly recommend them. Used them again for an emergency repair in June 22 (why do we the ac always break when it's 190 degrees?). They were here within 2 hours and promptly did the repair. Also gave me suggestions to avoid the need for similar repairs in the future. Once again, I would highly recommend them!
