We are very happy with the new HVAC system Sala installed two years ago.
Last year mud dobber wasps built a nest in the exhaust pipe for the furnace. The nest fell into the furnace and jammed the exhaust fan. Sala came out, quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. And they didnt charge us for the work because the system was under warranty. Very nice of them.

Technician Tyler arrived early and actually troubleshot my 23 year old mini split with a manual and schematics for my unit. Un-freaking believable. That alone is worth 5stars. He isolated the faulty components and began looking for replacement parts. Within an hour parts were sourced and 2 estimates were e-mailed to me, one for a replacement unit cost and one for repair of the existing unit. Thats way more than you can expect from typical HVAC companies today. SALA has become my go-to for my home HVAC needs.

My heater wasnt working and Tyler was able to come check it out within an hour of my call. Of course, when he got here it was working fine. Tyler was early, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised how to remedy it. While they were here both Tyler and his assistant Diego serviced the HVAC system and made sure it was in good shape for Summer. I had a really great experience with these guys. They were recommended by my neighbor who had used and recommended them up and down the street. Jose came out and thoroughly checked out the system. At the end, all I needed was some cleaning and basic maintenance. There were no tricky gimmics or tricks, and the quoted price was what I paid. It was really like having a friend come over and give you straight answers.
