Called them out of desperation on a Friday night for a top tier foodservice dealer and one of their top accounts. AI wasnt bad, but it was AI. John, the on call tech in Houston, called me back and sent everything electronically to get set up. He got in the phone with the customer and I because I didnt have the info, as this was after hours and I was not working. Sent me a service report right away through their automated system with a video. Got the unit up and running for the night and is coming back the next day for the permanent fix.
