Had a mini split go bad and they were able to come out and install a new one the very next day. No pushy sales pitch, just straight to the point.

All around awesome job from Nick and Prestige Air. We had a leak in our evaporator coil and Nick came out diagnosed the issue, recharged our system until he could get a coil, found one quickly and replaced the coil with a much higher quality one that was installed under our builders warranty. Straightforward, knowledgeable, honest and quality work at a great price!

Nicholas came out the same day I called and was extremely organized and methodical in his diagnosis and his pricing was by far the most reasonable one I got out of 5. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and got the work done efficiently and cleanly. I also appreciated all the electronic invoicing, payment, appointment reminders and en route notifications I got. I was dreading getting my AC repairs done, but Nicholas made it so easy! I just want to brag on the responsiveness and follow thru from Nicholas Rozier! He went well over and above to help me in getting a part for my sons home furnace. As a mother, even though my "child" is grown, I don't want he, his fiance and my grand-dogs to suffer without heat more than can be helped. On 3 back to back communications with Nicholas at literally closing time yesterday, into after hours, and then early this morning, he helped us get the final part (2nd of 2 we needed) so that my son could get his furnace up and running.

My old unit was over 10 years old, corroded/rusted evaporator coils leaking Freon, not covered on home warranty, froze up with ice. Within almost 24 hours of contacting this company, my new system was ordered, picked up, installed, and cold air back in my home! I also learned a lot about maintenance and got a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. Great customer service, very friendly. They even did a follow up visit to make sure the Freon levels were still good and everything was functioning properly.
