Mike and Levi were our technicians. Both young men were very professional, on time and did a fabulous job at our home. They removed our old furnace and a/c systems and installed new ones. At the end of their work day, they went over all the work completed for that day. The next day they arrived on time and completed the job. When they were finished, the only sign that they were in the house was new equipment and ductwork. they left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent service and communication. The new equipment and recommended duct work made a huge difference in cooling in our home. Highly recommend Nytech to anyone needing this type of service.

Nytech installed a whole house humidifier system for us. They followed through and made sure every last detail of the installation was on point. The minor corrections needed, after the original installation, were immediately addressed and the final product was above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend. Excellent! They were on time for everything, kept me posted on a weekly basis for parts ordering and their sales rep, Tim, was excellent. All the techs were very professional and worked hard. We had a new HVAC, Furnace, Hot Water Heater and a mini-split system installed. This was a lot of work and they were great from start to finish. Definitely recommend! Call Tim! He does a fantastic job and is super responsive to calls, email and text!

Benji was great to work with! He was very informative and you can tell he's knowledgeable on all components of his job. He wasn't pushy or salesy and listened to my concerns. I was more than comfortable letting him into my home and will definitely have him back at any time for our AC and heating unit needs. Nytech is the most knowledgeable and competent firm for HVAC. I have a somewhat complicated residential system, and 2 other contractors couldn't figure out anything when I had issues. Benji reviewed the whole system and identified all of the issues. They stand 100% behind their work. I now have an annual contract with Nytech and it is worth every penny. I definitely recommend Nytech.

Benji, Mike and Levi handled the assessment and installation of both heating and AC systems at our home and they were all fantastic. Carly at the main office was also amazing with quick, detailed information - very reassuring. Complete professionalism from beginning to end, even with follow-up. I ended up having more done than I absolutely needed to, but I felt Nytech and the individuals I worked with were high quality and the situation was right to upgrade.
They earned my business with sincerity, responsiveness and straightforward interaction. Mike and Levi worked hard and nonstop until the job was done which I greatly appreciated since I had no heat during cold weather. All my questions were replied to with complete answers. As a homeowner, it is truly so nice to have that kind of interaction when you are dealing with a large and expensive installation. I cannot say enough good things about Benji and Nytech Heating and Cooling. In just 30 minutes they arrived at our property and quickly assessed the situation with our furnace. With out feeling like I was being nicked and dimed, they addressed the most immediate repairs and gave us a very good summary on possible solutions. Very very impressed. Our old furnace quit on us last week. Nytech was able to come out on a Friday and order us a new furnace. With the artic cold front hitting us on the following Monday, they were able to come out on Tuesday morning and get the new furnace installed! The installers were courteous and polite. The job was scheduled for a whole day and the installers were able to finish a bit early. We now have Heat! Thanks Nytech!
