Tanya was fantastic. Explained so many facets of the options in a way that was easy to understand. Listened carefully and answered questions. Jose Morales works for The General Air Conditioning & Plumbing company. He is very professional, friendly, and he truly knows his business. He works for them for 3 years and he has 16 years of experience. He's a young family man, truly a very nice person. Next time you need a company to repair, install or to do any HVAC or plumbing work call them, they are very fast, just imagine, I called them and in less than an hour Jose showed up. Is this being professional or what. Thank you Jose, thank you General for your professionalism.

They installed a new heating and air system and a tankless water heater. Tanya was our sales rep and Julio and his crew did the installation. All aspects of my experience with the General was great. I had several companies come out and give me a estimate for the job and the general was the most cost efficient and Tanya spent a couple hours with me explaining how everything works.
No other company put it that much time and cared enough to educate me on the different systems. The other thing that was great, they actually had the equipment, several other companies did not have the equipment to even sell to me. Save time and money call Tanya with the General!

General has been awesome so far. The tech that came out to fix my ac unit was polite and professional and solved my ac issue. I also got a free plumbing inspection the next day and that plumber was also polite and professional. He explained the maintenance I can do on my own to prevent any future plumbing problems. Also he took care of some of my faucets that where not working properly free of charge.
I also was called from their office to verify if I was pleased with their service or if I had any questions or concerns that I might of forgot at the time of service. General ac and plumbing has some world class service. I am definitely going to keep using this company for the future.

Toni arrived on time was very professional and did his job completely to my satisfaction. He even waited for the washer to drain to make sure I had no issues before he left. Tanya Priest was the Comfort Advisor from General Air Conditioning & Plumbing who came to my house to educate me about an air filtration system for my home. Tanya was promptly on time. She was very thorough in her explanation of the benefits of a home air filtration system for my condo in Palm Springs. Tanya is thoroughly knowledgeable in her explanation of the various levels of systems that would best meet my needs for filtering the air in my home. Skip was so personable. We really benefited from his expertise. He spent 3 1/2 hours evaluating our home and it's layout to recommend the best system for us. The crew was fastidious in keeping our home clean during the installation of the 2 heat pumps. They covered everything with plastic and wore the booties over their shoes. We were impressed in how quietly and quickly they were able to accomplish this huge project!

The tech was on time and had everything needed to do the maintenance and repairs on my heater. Michael was very knowledgeable about my system. He answered all of my questions regarding filters, cleaning, and other repairs. He was helpful in reviewing the new systems that are available. My system is 10 years old and working fine but may need an upgrade in a few years. Very professional and friendly.

Once again, I was pleased with General Air Conditioning & Plumbing. The technician who came to do the annual maintenance check on my furnace was professional and personable. After he completed his assessment, he went over his findings and answered all of my questions and concerns completely. He was not rushed and made sure I was satisfied with maintenance check before leaving for his next service call.
