A Five Star Heating and Cooling replaced our heat pump at the end of the year. They where there the same day, the service was great and they did a great job on the new installation. William was very honest and explained how everything would flow throughout the installation. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend A Five Star Company to anyone.

Called them and mark answered, he came in the same day and went out of his way to finish the job asap during the heatwave, he was very informative and did an amazing job fixing the AC, now the house is perfectly cool again, from now on mark is definitely my go to guy. Mark and Bryce did amazing job. I was having problems with my ac unit it was leaking water from p trap inside the home. I had called last minute in afternoon on a saturday but Mark made time to come out and help me with my unit. Mark is a honest ac repair man he showed us step by step where each problem was coming from. He also told us what we can do to prevent this problem from happening again. Thank you again Mark and Bryce for your help my house is much cooler and no more leaking from the p trap inside the home.

Mark came out and rerouted some ducting in my attic. It turns out when my home was built, the manufacturer used inferior small diameter ducting, split the ducting to different rooms manifesting the poor air flow problems. Everyone in my household will rest comfortably during the summers and winters. I highly recommend Mark and his company as they are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, courteous and have fair prices.

I was paying too much for A/C bi-annual service and when I had a circuit board problem couldn't wait for them to be in my area. AFiveStarService.com representative owner himself Mark came out immediately and quickly diagnosed my problem, I got a new circuit board cheap and my A/C unit charged for the coming season, great service, at affordable prices! My AC went out, so the next morning I called Mark, he fit me in that afternoon. Showed up on time, was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away, even showed me what he was doing so I could learn. He called the manufacturer to find that my unit was still under warranty to save me money on parts. Reasonably priced, above and beyond great service, would definitely recommend his locally owned and operated business!

When you call A Five Star Heating and Cooling, that is exactly what you get! 5-Star service! When we called around noon on Monday, the owner Mark said they were close by and could come over after lunch. We were very surprised with the reasonable cost of the service estimate. Much lower than anyone else we had called. Within 45 minutes they arrived and went right to work. The unit was repaired, cleaned, and recharged very quickly. We were concerned on how much it would cost, but Mark charged a very reasonable price. We definitely recommend this company!

I have to say this was the fourth AC company I called and by far the best! First company just gave me a quote for a new AC didn't try to solve the problem. Second one did some good but month later it wasn't cooling. The fourth company lied and didn't want to do anything. Mark with this company was immediately responsive and was honest and truly looked into the system to see if he could get it to work and he did! Great company! I am in a rental unit, but they treated us like we were a top priority when our air went out! Turned out the unit was old, I mean, OLD.so once he had approval they were there the very next day installing a new heating and air unit with thermostat. They were friendly and quick, and even vacuumed when they were done. Highly recommend!
