Had appointment for last Friday, and they never showed up. Manager said they wernt aware that they never showed up. Came out on Monday, couldn't fix AC unit.said they would call us to let us know what's going on as we need a whole new unit. Called them on Friday, was told there is nothing in the system about our problem. We have no heat or AC. We only deal woth them.because it's who our apts use. Wish we could call someone else.

I was told by another company I had a cracked heater exchange and needed a new furnace. I called D&G for a second opinion and wish I would have called them first. They came over within an hour, repaired the circuit board, verified the heater exchange was fine and the furnace is working great. The office was so helpful and the service person went over and above explain what was causing the problem and to quickly get the part. I will be recommending D&G to everyone!
