We've had very good service from F&S from plumbing to HVAC. The last time they visited, they recommended less frequent service on our water softener based on how clean it was. This wasn't the first time they've recommended something that might cost them a little business, but would save us money. I feel like such suggestions are really a mark of an honest business!

Three Technicians from F&S Williams worked very efficiently on installing a new gas furnace and ac system in our home in Brookston. The installation location in the basement was somewhat challenging but the furnace installed in a professional and high quality manner as was expected for a HVAC company in business for 70 years. The Techs were very polite and considerate. The following day I had a flexible liner installed in our tall chimney by two of the same Techs from F&S.
They offered suggestions and kept me informed on the process. They were attentive to my concerns and questions during the whole process. I am very satisfied so far and the furnace is working to our expectations. I am confident that the ac system will also give us a satisfying performance during the next cooling season.

Upgrades on your house can be expensive and overwhelming if you lack the knowledge and understanding of your systems. F&S Williams were thorough in their inspection and took ample time to help me understand our entire HVAC system, so that we can make informed decisions moving forward. They were responsive, friendly and respectful. I look forward to working with them.

Austin and Chris were awesome when replacing my water heater. They were prompt, courteous, and simply fun to talk with. They explained things really well about what went wrong and the costs of repair versus replacement. This is the second time I've used F&S Williams and everyone I've worked with has been great.
