Great customer service. JMS technician inspected both our AC and heating. He found out our heat wasn't working and traced the problem back to the thermostat. He was able to fix it while we were under the JMS membership program so there was no additional charge. Awesome service all around.

Thank you guys for coming and changing my old thermostat for a Nest and also for changing my old A/C filter. Isaac did a wonderful job explaining to me how to use the new thermostat and also gave me good advise and recommendation about my A/C unit. Not to leave aside all the test and analysis he did on my info unit to check if it was running efficiently, he also cleaned the coil of my old unit. If you guys want a reliable and professional service, don't hesitate and give them a call.

JMS offers amazing customer service and are highly skilled ate the servicing and maintenance of Air Conditioning systems. They always come thru in a pinch at the last minute and get to the bottom of the problem. I oversee and manage seven large estates in the LA area for a private family and JMS is not only our preferred vendor, they are our only AC vendor.
Tina has continually gone above and beyond to assist me and to get everything I need done as it comes at me. I couldn't succeed at my job without her!!!!
