Wow! Called at 7pm on a week that we had a heat advisory so I know they were already super busy! They came out THE SAME night and did not have to do that. They fixed the AC, saved us a sleepless night and charged a VERY affordable and fair rate. The technician, Daniel, was very professional and so friendly. I have to say the company was awesome in coming out quickly after I called regarding the top unit tub leaking through the ceiling of the bottom unit. They were there a couple hours later on a Friday after 6pm to assess the issue. For that I had to leave them at least 4 star. I didnt give 5 stars because the cost to assess the problem cost $200! I thought that was very high because other companies I used cost $75-$100 to come out.
They charged me for a commercial unit cause the building has 4 units which I thought was strange but it was an emergency and I wasn't in a place to argue. I decided not to go with them for the repair because their estimate was a couple hundred dollars more then another pluming company and since I paid so much for that assessment I need to keep the repair cost down.

My experience w Environment Masters as a whole has been excellent. Timothy did a fantastic job. He had to replace a bad circuit board, motor capacitor and he ran new wire to my thermostat so I could operate just the FAN mode only. The staff has always kept me informed for scheduled appointments and when techs will arrive. Services: Repair HVAC, Heating system repair

Ok Yelp readers. I am new to Madison, MS and my garbage disposal broke. I reached out to Environment Master today July 6, 2020, and they responded within three hours. Great! The technician and his assistant were friendly and helpful. OK. The office explains they could not give me an estimate to install the disposal because the technician needed to evaluate the problem. She made it sound like it was mandatory.
The person at Environment Master schedule an appointment, BUT did not tell me is that it would be a $100.00 service call. Well, the disposal they wanted to sell me was $542.00. Yeah right, NO! The high-end disposals at Lowes, Homedepot and Supply.com are $185 - $200. I paid the $100.00 service call and ask that you don't make the mistake I made in not asking the cost of the mandatory service call. UPDATE.
Within 10 mins of the above post. Environment Master called me regarding my complaint. They apologized for the misunderstanding and with grace and responsive customer service refunded my money. They have warranted at some later date my business. Give them a try, the technician was very responsive. Thanks for the help.

Environment Masters recently installed a new HVAC system in our home, and I thought they did an outstanding job! Before the new system the temperature in our house almost never dropped below 76 degrees (80 degrees on a hot day), but our new system keeps our house quite cool. We worked with their salesman, Ben, to decide what new system we would need, and he was very considerate and helpful. The technicians, James and Kirk, arrived right on time, worked quickly, and did a great job cleaning up everything afterwards. I really have no complaints!
