Steve from Novak was very helpful and is a really great guy. Our air conditioner froze up and after a few days of trying to fixing it ourselves figured we should get it checked out. I called Novak in Hiawatha and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Steve was there the next business day, on time, and very helpful getting our air conditioner fixed for us. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

Would have saved us hours of time trying to fix it ourselves and we could have avoided some rough summer nights without air conditioning. If you are looking for heating or air conditioner repair in Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, or Marion areas I would highly recommend Novak.

Can't say enough good things about Novak Heating and Cooling. We've been customers for 20 years and have always had excellent service from every Novak team member. Recently, we had Steve replace a part on air conditioning system and he was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Plus, we love sweet Kim who coordinates service calls and front office. Highly recommend!

I have been using them for our service. They are punctual and helpful. I appreciate that so much when getting work done on the house. Also, they do duct cleaning like their name states. I would recommend getting this done occasionally! It makes a huge difference. So far so good! David was fantastic taking care of our service call this month!

The entire process of working with Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning was simple from start to finish. I have an older air conditioning system and wanted to make sure it was running as well as possible in preparation for this summer. I filled out their form online and they called me the same day to schedule my appointment for service. In the meantime, Randy emailed me directly with items to check before they came out for service. Adam from Novak came out today to check my system.

He was on-time, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the parts that were causing some issues, why they were causing them, explain the costs and fixed item as needed. There was no pressure with any part of the process and without asking he even wore shoe covers to help keep my new carpet clean when he came in the house - much appreciated there! Would highly recommend Novak!
