Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called Tri-City and their man Melvin came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the part in his truck and replaced it, and the whole job was done within an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The repair was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Thank you Tri City! We had another company come and service our furnace. Of course they found problems. Because it was under warranty the manufacturer wanted another company to come and inspect. Tri City proved that there wasn't anything wrong with our furnace and changed all the filters that the first company didn't. They saved us $1000.00. I appreciate a company that is honest and thinks of their customers. Melvin was a delight and explained everything to me. You have won new customers for life!
