Our AC went out over the weekend and they got us up and running when the outfit that did the initial install fell through. The other guys were going to charge us for a new control board and motor, but John said that wasn't necessary and the motor was under warranty. The total repair was a fraction of what we expected it to be. My family has used West Brothers for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My AC went out on a Friday night. First thing Monday morning the guys from West Brothers were there. The service guys were quick, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my AC with a quick and easy part they already had in the van. They did not try to upsell me on service, parts or components I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company!

Our A/C went out right in the middle of a heat wave, and Todd and his team got us in within a few days and gave us an awesome price. We did get bids from other places as well and they were several thousand dollars higher than West Brothers, and they would have taken another week to do the install. West Brothers was awesome - professional, gave us a better system than we had before, and did everything the right way (the prior carrier we used had wired everything wrong, didn't have things up to code, etc.). West Brothers took good care of us, moved things around to get us in fast, and did an excellent job. Can't recommend them enough.
