We upgraded our furnace and A/C with NorthStar 5 years ago. We got a great deal, and easy financing.
Not only did they do a great job with the upgrade, they also added a warm air return vent in our basement for us.
I love that I get a call every spring and fall for a tune up on our system, that was included in the price of the units they installed. Them calling me to schedule the tune up is so great, and is one less thing I have to worry about, and knowing that is free adds great peace of mind.
Every time they come for the tune up, they are always on time, professional, friendly, efficient and clean.
We are so glad we went with NorthStar and would highly recommend them for any service.
Daniel just came and did an annual service amd was amazing and very helpful!

These guys are awesome! We had some issues with our AC freezing up and had some other people out who were completely unhelpful and we were left with the issue. But Anthony came out to help us right away and spent all the time necessary to figure out what was wrong. They also put in a mini split for us in our ADU and gave us the best price and service out of all the quotes we got. They are fast, efficient, punctual and also super easy to get along with.They are by far the best AC people we've dealt with. Can't recommend enough.

I hired North Star to come out and assess my furnace and give me recommendations in order to get it running better than it was. I went with the required cleanings and one upgrade to get my furnace up to code. Daniel came out and did an amazing job! He took before and after pictures and videos so I could see the difference and then showed me everything when complete. He even educated me on some furnace maintenance tips, as my ex used to handle all of that. In addition, he was super accommodating when dealing with the painting crew I had in my home painting my house, which happened to fall on the same day. Thanks for the great work Daniel!

Anthony was great he was not the first one to come to our home. the first guy did not fix the problem. but I called them back and they sent out Anthony Chavez immediately and he took his time to find out what the problem was and then fixed it with in a 2 hours clean up everything and was very pleasant to work with. I will be using Anthony at North star heating and Air conditioning again.

From the moment you call speaking to Angela your treated with such professionalism and care. We recently moved into a condo , and I had called for them to do a check on my air conditioning unit. Lucky for us Our technician was Dylan Nielsen. Dylan was absolutely amazing, so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found another issue , not related to the air-conditioning And took care of it for us he even offered to come out on the holiday Monday to help. I had another so called company come to look at my heater and the guy was here about 15 minutes hardly did anything and just told me. My heater was bad and he need to replace it.
The result was the same with Dylan but I absolutely felt like he did everything in his power to check everything before he made that call It was a truly great experience and I really felt like That him and his company really cared.
I would absolutely recommend them and him to everyone.

I am a repeat customer, and I really like the checkups that they offer. Dylan was my technician today, and he did an outstanding job explaining everything going on with my furnaces. My previous technician was Anthony, but he is now a manager in the company. It is great that they have such good people working for them. The other thing worth mentioning is that they do very good work for a fair and reasonable price. I would recommend North Star and Technician Dylan to my family and friends.

I've been a member of their service plan for over almost two years now and I think they are great. Recently I had Daniel, a field technician, come to 3 of my properties and each time he does a great service. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things. If you need service done, ask for Daniel. Angela from the office is very friendly and helpful as well. I think they are very fair in price, especially for the quality of work they do.
