Called multiple places on a Sunday to help fix my AC during a heat wave in LA. Orion was the only company willing to come same day. Yuri showed up on time was very cordial and efficient. Explained everything upfront without pressuring me to do anything more than needed. Gave me all my options and pricing upfront. He did a clean job and had our AC running in no time. Yury was exceptional! Our AC went out in the evening and it was very hot outside. We called that night and Yury was able to come out the very next day! He figured out the problem quickly and solved it perfectly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure he was checking everything he could. He did not try to upcharge me on anything and was very reasonably priced for the time and effort he spent. I will absolutely be using him again if I ever have any future issues.

These installers are 5-star professionals. From beginning to end, Constantine explained every detail in the estimate & answered my multiple questions in laymen terms. The 4-man team was very thoughtful, polite and protective of my home, landscaping, and personal belongings. I wish every service company worked at these high standards. Tim help me install an in-line fan boost the AC onto the second floor. During the summer it gets so hot on the second floor that I can barely be upstairs. Now with this remote Wi-Fi controlled in Line fan extra air condition received from upstairs makes it so nice. Great service. They were very prompt.

I dont like giving anyone below five stars if Im reviewing them so I wont. Egor was very helpful, but I feel like I was taken advantage of just now. He said the company charges $200 to clean a condenser. He spent no more than 15 minutes, cleaning it with a hose. I thought it would be something a lot more intense. Just not a good feeling

My air conditioner stopped working on Aug 5,24 so I called HomeServe and they made arrangements with another company. That company never showed up. So I called HomeServe this morning 8/6/24 and they made arrangements with Orion HVAC. They said that they couldn't come today, I told them that I take care of my 81 yr old mom and that the temperature was 90. They said that they would be here by 4pm. And they were. The office was very responsive. The A/C technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although the problem was not resolved the first day, the technician came back 3 days later and was able to get the A/C back working. He worked hard in the heat inside and out for 3 hours the first day and 3 hours the next time, he cleaned and worked through all the components to figure out the issue with my old unit. Our heater stopped heating, and I called them. Within five minutes, they had found a technician who could come to our house. He came within two hours, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without having to add any new parts, which was what the previous Company said it required. They charged a minimal service fee and were out within 20 minutes. I very much appreciate their honesty, expediency, and work product. Will definitely use them again.

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.

Alex was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right to the root of the problem with my HVAC. Cleaned out the system. It was filthy. Changed out some parts. He showed us the parts he was exchanging and explained why. He suggested we update the system with new thermostats and we will take his advice. Everything was done in one visit. Everything was explained and priced accordingly. We were very pleased with the work done and how well our system is now working. I highly recommend Orion HVAC.
