Our A/C went out on a Friday night. It was the weekend with record heat temperatures. We quickly became basement dwellers. On Monday morning I called HRC Climate Services and they sent Kaelen to fix our A/C. Kaelen was awesome! He not only replaced the blower motor, but he did a very thorough job and made sure that everything else was working properly. He took the time to open different areas of the A/C system, both inside and outside. He cleaned everything up and left our A/C like new (our system is about 10 years old). Thank you Kaelen for the great work!

After another company cancelled on us just an hour before they were scheduled to fix our broken heater, Paul came to the rescue in just a few short hours. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful. He figured out the problem was due to the orginial installer not using the correct materials for our size of unit. Thanks to Paul, he was able to get the orginial installer to not only fix that mistake but a few other things that Paul pointed out were in error as well, and it was all done for free! Thanks Paul, you saved me hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars!!! There is no doubt I will be calling HRC for any other heating and cooling needs!

I have used HRC for a number of years now at one of my properties. They have always been quick to respond and taken care of our needs quickly and effectively. I will continue to use their services in the future.
As a follow up to my review, I had to call HRC on an AC emergency in the hot of the day and they were able to come within the hour and had my system up an running in no time. On top of that, they only charged me the service charge plus the cost of one small part. Thank you!!

HRC installed a furnace for us a couple of months ago (at a very competitive price, by the way). It had a problem where it started to leak a substantial amount of water. Mike O'Brian came the same day that we called and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I initially gave HRC 4 stars because we had an installation-related issue, but I am going to change it to 5 because their service is great.

HRC just came and replaced my AC&FURNACE units, great company to deal with. Quick and efficient. On top of replacing the units that were extremely old Paul sent a technician to attempt and get the old AC unit working til the new one was ready to be installed. Would recommend to anyone, and will use them for future needs.

This was an annual service contract and time for their filter change, equipment check, etc... There was no issues with the unit prior to Any Hour coming out.
While HRC does not service this area Paul was quick to call his connections, put me in touch with them, and I have a trusted inspection taking place this morning.
HRC is top notch in all aspects! I highly recommend them.

I have been very happy with HRC for their heating and air conditioning services. I own another service company in the area and I always refer them to my customers when ever they need help with their furnace or air conditioner. We love HRC climate services! A few years ago when the blower on our furnace unit went out, two different companies were doing their best to get us to buy a new one, and not just that, to replace all both our furnace units and air conditioning units at a cost of $30,000. Desperate because that was money we didn't have, I asked a friend for a reference and she suggested I try HRC. I called and they came after hours (Since my air conditioning wasn't running because of the blower and it was over 100 degrees outside) and swapped out the blower motor at a reasonable cost. Several years later all my units are still working just fine. We've used HRC ever since and they've always been honest and fair. I highly recommend them!

Billy did a great job installing a new dryer vent system in my home. He cut the drywall and installed a capped over the old ventilation system exactly how I asked him to so repairing the wall would be easy to do afterwards. The pricing for all of the work I requested was very reasonable. I will be coming back if I have more projects I need completed.

We had a good experience overall. Mike was great at keeping us in the loop and with every step of the way. At one point he had to go pick up a part for us and was courteous enough to call and let us know when he had the part and we that he was on his way. He found the problem quickly and had great customer service. Price seemed reasonable.
