I have used their services multiple times. Daniel came to help us fix our AC that was not cooling at all. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issues. We had North Star clean our ducts and service our AC/Heater. They we're really great! They offered to work on a Saturday for us, even though that wasn't their normal hours. And was very open about what they were doing, and why. Also, bonus! They were actually on time and very respectful, and surprisingly quick.

Very happy with the service and repair with Dylan. He was professional and kind in his communication of arrival time, everything he was doing and what needed to be replaced and why.
