John showed up on short notice when my AC stopped working in one room. After telling him the problem he had it up and running in no time. Super honest, super nice guy and didnt try to over charge or upsell me on anything. I live in Sandy Springs and I feel like most things get inflated, price wise here. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful company!! We called early this morning and he was out here by 3:30 today. He explained everything thoroughly to us and got our AC unit working again. John was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Its great to know that excellent service is still available in Peachtree City! I would give more than (5) stars if it were possible.

One of our upright retail freezers started to make a crazy noise so we reached out and were able to get a same day appointment with John. He was very polite over the phone, and made it over to us as fast as he could so that he could assess the problem and help find a solution before the unit became inoperable. John was very polite, very friendly, and even cracked some jokes with us to help put us at ease. He assured us that he could fix the freezer, but because he was missing a part he would have to return the following day. He was great about working around our tight schedule and had our freezer up and running very quickly. For other business owners please note: John was polite to our customers who were moving around him, he was very clean and did not leave any mess behind at all, he worked with us on what times were best for our business, he pricing is VERY reasonable, he was very responsive by both phone and text.
I would HIGHLY reccomend John and will be setting up some preventative maintenance with him moving forward.

Our Refrigerator definitely had an issue when woke up Saturday morning. Odd smell and the controller kept kicking on an off. After doing a bit of research and calling around, I found John. Called him immediately. What blessing to hear he would be able to help us later in the afternoon..

After calling around and trying to get someone to actually show up, or even know how to work on my stuff. I called John. He came out quick and fixed it right away. I have a commercial pizza oven that the other guys wouldn't touch because it is at a residence. John was professional and fair priced. John is amazing at what he does. Not only is he extremely responsive, even making time for us on the same day, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely shows that he cares. We have had him come out for a refrigerator issue and an HVAC issue. Both times he fixed the problem and also educated us on the root cause, best next steps, and how we could prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend John. My experience with John was one of my best with any service professional. Our upstairs a/c went out and with a newborn it was too hot for her and my wife. John responded same day and changed his schedule to accommodate us Knowing we had a baby. Then he did everything necessary to get it fixed that day. It turns out that my negligence changing the filters contributed to my fan motor going out, and instead of judging me he gave tips and tricks of the trade which is invaluable to me. He allowed me to follow him around and learn during the repair, giving me wisdom that will help me prevent the issue in the future. The experience with him has literally been one of the best I have had, as he is knowledgeable as he is down to earth and kind. He is a joy to work with and he now has customers for life in us. I recommend him fully with no reservations. It is rare to find someone so genuine nowadays!

John showed up when he said he would be here, even called to let us know he was on his way. We had a problem with our gas stove and John thoroughly checked it out, even helped me clean some areas that I needed to clean! I feel he went way above in fixing the stove and helping me to understand how everything works. This is my first gas stove! We called John to repair the water dispenser on our Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator after it had stopped working. I had tried some simple steps first on my own without success. John responded immediately and went through a few things to try first and when nothing worked he agreed to come by our house to take a look. He identified the issue and had to order parts. He returned the next day and replaced the water valve assembly on the back of the refrigerator which solved the problem. His price was very reasonable and he gave me some tips to maintain the unit. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed and John's professionalism. Hard to find such a hard working and honest person these days. Thanks so much John!

Excellent Service! I was looking for someone in Peachtree City Ga to work on my old Refrigerator. John was able to get my 25 year old Maytag Refrigerator working again. He found the parts that was no longer available from his stock of parts and saved me from purchasing a new Refrigerator for my garage. My refrigerator went out suddenly, and John could tell how desperate I was. He came to help after working a very long day and got my refrigerator working. John was kind, courteous, and professional.
