On Time Experts

I've used On Time Experts for over 4 years now, and I would not use anyone else. They installed 2 new air conditioning systems for me 3 years ago. I could not believe how thorough they were and the quality of work.

Since then, they come out every spring and fall to do my annual Air Conditioning and Furnace maintenance. They are always on time, their technicians (George Fowlkes, Collin Breen, MJ Singh) are always so friendly and helpful. Their professionalism is unmatched. They spend 2+ hours cleaning my system, making sure it's in tip-top shape. What a great value.

Lastly, they installed a new tankless water heater earlier this year. I got multiple quotes to make sure they were reasonably priced, and was happy to see they were right in the middle - not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. I truly believe that going with On Time Experts, I get the most value for my money. Zachary Stonerock was the plumber; he was on time to every appointment, so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional every step of the way.

On Time was very professional. The salesperson and installation crew were very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was completed on time with no hitches.

Tyler and his team were awesome. They answered our questions and kept us informed on everything they were doing. They made sure everything was done with professionalism. We enjoyed having them around.

MJ showed up on a Sunday night at 10pm to fix my unit that was completely shut down. I signed up for the maintenance program which saved me some money on the repair and he even found me a coupon on the website. Cant say enough about how thoroughly he explained everything to me. Unit is already cooling down, so thankful. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Service from The On Time Expert Air Conditioning Technician and His Team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an AC technician/Manager George and his group of trainees-Logan and Koby, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.

The lead technician/manager George, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He took the time to educate both me and his trainees, ensuring they understood each step of the process while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.

The trainees were attentive, respectful, and eager to learn. Under the guidance of their mentor/manager, they worked together seamlessly and handled everything with care.

Its rare to see such a strong mix of experience, professionalism, and mentorship in one visit. I highly recommend this team George, Koby and Logan for anyone needing AC services. Youll not only get quality work but also support the development of the next generation of top-tier technicians.

Sometimes it is better to judge a company by how it responds to a problem than judging it by the problem alone. As such I am retracting my review below. I was contacted by On Time Experts after my review. The gentlemen who called me was professional and willing to do what ever it took to make up for the problem I had. He listened to my complaints and made no excuses. He thanked me for my input and told me changes would be made. He made some concessions and promises which I believe he will keep. The entire incident was handled professionally and well. So, I'm still a customer.

This was my first and last encounter with OnTime Experts. They purchased the company from whom I purchased my AC last summer. (Dring Heating and AC) A great company. I had an appointment for service today. I was told the technician would be at my home between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:15, no technician l, no phone call. I called OnTime. I was told my technician was busy, and it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. Or I could reschedule. The customer service individual was rude and not interested in helping. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new AC company. OnTime needs to realize they are not more important than their customers. We have the money.

Was able to get an appointment the same day as calling, which was great. George and Jon came and fixed the a/c issue, explaining what they were doing and answering any other questions I had. Highly recommend this company, and if you get these two guys, you are in great hands.

Juan did a great job! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and shared helpful information about our system and how it works. So glad he was able to help us!

The two guys that showed up today were amazing! They walked me through everything they were doing, and it was so much more than I expected. My system was crazy dirty, and they cleaned everything! They even went above and beyond with a few questions I had that were out of scope. Totally the best these guys are my go-to forever!!!

Marco from On Time Experts came today for a Spring air conditioning and heating check. As usual, he did an outstanding job. No other company is as thorough as On Time Experts. They check every little thing, including disassembling the fan cage and housing for a thorough fan cleaning and taking apart the outdoor coil housing for a complete coil washing. Ask the other companies if they do all that. They dont. On Time Experts is uniquely excellent in North Texas. They are truly on time and technicians like Marco are a pleasure to have in your home. Finally, On Time Experts never tries to se lol you a new system or maintenance you dont need. We are customers for life.

We have had wonderful service from On Time Experts. David came out to follow up and inspect our new HVAC system and was so thorough, professional and patient with all of our questions. He made great suggestions to help us work out issues with our air flow (home construction issue, not OTE service) and came back today to install a new vent. He was so personable and did an amazing job!

Dillon & Trae were the best. They immediately assed the problem and talked me through the repair. Gave me options and we agreed on the plan. They also were done within the time they quoted. Both respectful of my home and nice to our furbabies. On Time Experts is my go to company time and time again.

We were thinking the appointment will be canceled due to the bad weather that day but it didnt. Ross came out here on time and fixed the heating system on the day that was very cold. We greatly appreciated the excellent service and professionalism!!

Angel is amazing! Just had OTE come out for routine maintenance and Angel was very thorough and professional. He was very patient, answering every question. He wasnt in a rush to hurry and complete the job, he took his time leaving my unit immaculate. Highly recommend OTE, and Angel for the tech! Thank you!

On Time came to my plumbing rescue with a dig out, plumbing rework and backfill in a timely and professional manner. Special thanks to CJ, Phil, Josh, and Kevin, and also to subcontractor Sergio's Excavation. Very well done, and I am delighted to have such an excellent result.

CJ Tyler did a great job helping my grandma get her plumbing issue fixed all while treating her like family. They also have great price rates. Thank you for taking care of my grandma like she is yours!

KP was exceptional when performing my maintenance checkup. He was methodical and thorough in his approach. I know that my HVAC units are healthier today because of the time and care that he took with my units.

I really love using On Time Experts. As there name states they always on time. Kevin was the plumber they sent out to assist me in the leak under my kitchen sink. He had great customer service and was quick in getting the work done. I appreciate his help and he let me know everything before he proceed. I definitely recommend On Time Expert!!

As the name says, "On Time" and very professional. Quick install, repairs and scheduling. It was a pleasure doing business with all the team members involved from the office all the way to the follow up support and adjustments to the install.

Our tech Dominic was a lifesaver. Extremely professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me on the maintenance of our system. Out of the 4 or 5 companies I called over the course of 3 days, On Time was the only one that would arrive within hours of me reaching out for our emergency. I only wish I had called them first. 100% recommend.

Gabriel came to my home and he did service on my emergency line and did an air-conditioning check up on both systems. He was on time courteous and prompt on my services. I totally recommend him. I enjoyed his expertise on when I asked questions.

This was my first experience with On Time Experts. I had seen multiple commercials on a local DFW station about an AC check up special. When my AC went out, I decided to give them a call. I was told that the diagnostic charge was $95. A bit later in the conversation the woman asked if I was interested in learning about the membership. No pressure - just the information. It turns out that the membership is a really good deal (more than pays for itself!!) The technicians, Joey and Chase, arrived on time, were very courteous and answered all my questions. This was a great experience. I am having to wait on a part - I might update this as the process continues. So far - so good. I'm posting a pic of all that is included in the membership.
