Bill and his team are AMAZING! We have worked with Bill multiple times from installing new furnace to fixing AC unit in 100 degree weather this past summer. Bill is not a bull$h*tter and doesn't try to up sell. He will tell you how it is and will come up with best way to fix. We will be calling him on every AC/ Heat / HVAC issue.

our cooling efficiency is at least 40% better than before and they modified the ductwork in our attic to make it look like the house was brand new. the professionalism throughout the job was superb, and their cleanup left the work areas spotless. as a small business owner, we try to support other small businesses that are local.they are the gem in that field, feel so fortunate that they helped us. their initial bill was very competitive, but most importantly, their follow through was impeccable. thank you again, you are our "go to forever"

I called and when Trish answered, I knew I wanted them to help me. Her husband, Bill and his right-hand man, Larry, came out to our house within the hour, diagnosed my leaking AC and found the drainage buried in the ground. They cleared it and told me what I needed to do to avoid this issue in the future. They also replaced my dying thermostat on the spot. Bill found the root causes of our A/C failure in about 15 minutes and proceeded to clear a condensate drain line, replaced a failed thermostat, and recharged the system which was low on refrigerant, resulting in our A/C working better than when it was first installed nine years ago. Refrigerant isnt cheap but he knew which one matched our type which was less expensive than other formulas. All around perfect experience!

I just bought a house and the AC unit and furnace were the originals from 1983 and inoperable. I requested a few quotes and Bill came out from Cool Air the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided the most detailed quote. I chose Cool Air because I felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for and would not be surprised with additional costs. I also mentioned wanting a smart thermostat and he made a recommendation. They scheduled me right away and the installation went seamlessly and they even installed my smart thermostat. Bill came by afterwards to walk me through proper maintenance and warranty information. Overall professional service and I was very happy.

These guys are amazing - I can see why they have almost 500 excellent reviews on Angies List! The front office was very professional and promptly scheduled an appointment for Bill to come and look at our broken A/C unit. Bill was timely (a bit early, actually, which is quite refreshing these days) and he was able to accurately diagnose our issue and get us up and running very quickly. Bill and everyone at Cool Air were professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend them highly for any A/C or heating issues you might have.

We've had many heating and air-conditioning companies over the years and really never felt that we could completely trust any of them. Many times we got overcharged and they would recommend things that didn't need to be done or would cost a great deal of money. We found this out once we got in touch with Bill, the owner of Cool air technologies. Ever since he's been our number one go to guy for any and all heating and air-conditioning problems. He's removed and replaced our old heaters and has replaced two old air conditioners, by our request, but he's always trying to save us money and repair our old ones to keep them running. He educates, explains and shows us the problems. He gives us several options. Even when he's very busy, he returns our call quickly to tell us what could be the problem, such as a dirty filter or possibly a frozen evaporator and will give us instructions on what to try before he's able to stop by. We've never had another repair man willing to go up into the attic and check everything thoroughly, but Bill, or one of his technicians, does a thorough inspection every time including the attic even on the hottest of days which is when an air conditioner is bound to go out.

Contacted several HVAC companies this past summer for my Mom. All I could get was, "We wouldn't be able to get to you for 3-4 days.". Being it was a Friday and the hottest part of the summer, I kind of understood. But an elderly woman in a home with no AC was just a recipe for disaster. Finally contacted Cool Air Technologies. The Company said they had a gentleman who could swing by on his way home and take a look. Bill showed up at 5:00, remember this is Friday, he was polite, professional and put my Mom right at ease. He proceeded to spend about 20min diagnosing the problem and within 35min had the issue resolved and Cold air flowing again. My Mom keeps Bill's card in her top drawer we would both call Cool Air first thing for any future issues with either our AC or heating issues. Nice to see someone willing to go that little extra for a customer.

Cool Air Technologies is a great local company! I called them recently to come out and check our heating system. Bill had installed our system several years ago along with some terrific heating vents that he recommended which increase the efficiency of our heating & cooling. He came out within a day of my call, he was prompt and extremely professional. He identified our minor issue quickly and fixed it. Couldn't have any better service than that!! I recommend Bill & Cool Air Tech to my real estate contacts.
