Maintenance of both AC units. Very detailed analysis and explanation by Ara. Very courteous, on time and thorough job. I will recommend him over and over again to anyone needing AC/ heating service.

James took the time to explain, adjusted a couple of non related repair items and was great representative of the company - I will not hesitate to call again!

Eric M. provided outstanding service! He spent a long time evaluating our existing unit and all elements that apply. He took the time to check the ducts and did a complete review of our system. The team he sent out for our new install was also outstanding. Thank you Eric and Affordable Heating and Air. Michael B.

Eric was respectable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking his time with our A/C assessment. Providing clear options to the work we may need makes it much easier on the decision making. Like with everything, even though we will seek a 2nd/3rd quote for price comparison, I cannot deny that Eric is one cool & awesome dude that keeps things on a real level, which is something that is difficult to find in today's world. He's one good guy. Hope and pray we can come to an agreement in the next couple days.

Eric came by to do an estimate for a full A/C unit upgrade. From the time I called to the time he arrived was less than 25 minutes. Eric was very knowledgeable and talked me through every process of the installation. He was very thorough and ensured that he addressed any of my questions. He was extremely patient and worked around what I really needed at my house. He was also able to work out as many discounts as possible to get me the best price he could. Definitely would recommend this company.

Benjy was very thorough in assessing the state of the ac situation. He was easy to work with and explained the process of ac installation adequately. Donna, the owner, made sure I received senior/teacher discounts. I was pleased with the whole process.

Eric M. Is a great professional. He came over to our house to give us an estimate for an ac in our house. he went over step by step with us and went over payment plans answered all our questions. I highly recommend them. Eric M. Cool guy.

Eric is the best! He was so quick to respond and was super friendly! I've been having issues with my A/c for years and have had so many companies take a look at it. I think Eric might have been the most thorough in helping me find the best option to fix my unit. If you are reading this Eric, thanks so much for your help!

Eric Meyerson is one of the nicest guys I've met. He is an extremely knowledgeable Tech and has been a great help to me. Good guy!

I called on a Fri eve & Alex came Sat morning. He was professional, kind & honest, which I sincerely appreciated. On one of the hottest weekends this summer, Alex got my A/C unit working my house cool again. The company answered my late Friday called, responded & repaired by the following afternoon. Would definitely refer!

Benjamin was great very good sales person. He knows what he's talking about when he comes and peoples homes. I give him a five star review and thank you for coming back to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you again Debbie. I would like to add something to this. I've asked him many times or not many times one time to come over to show me how this controller works, but of course nothing came of it.

I guess when they get a sale they forget about the customer you don't hear from them again. So Benjamin came back and showed me how the remote control on different options and it's working thank you, Ben

Writing a review for an install back in December now that we've used our new heat pump for both heating and cooling. The system is working great! Martin and his team did a fantastic job on the installation - they communicated well, made everything look nice, and provided information on how to use the system. Their price was extremely reasonable. I work at an organization that encourages people to install heat pumps, and I would recommend Affordable Heating and Air to everyone I know.

Jeremy was awesome. He was very professional. Efficient knew what he was doing. He got to our house with an hour of our phone call. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to take care of their air-conditioning unit!

I could not have been more pleased then I was with Jimmy from Affordable Heating And Air. The company from start to finish was so professional. I loved their verification methods, their notifications of what to expect when to expect and who to expect. The job they did was beyond reproach. When they said they would do an initial eval for no charge they stood behind it and it took quite a while. I am a lifelong customer of Affordable Heating And Air for sure.

I had a wonderful guy from Affordable Air LA come and look at my apartment and create an estimate. He was thoughtful, creative and super helpful in navigating the Air Conditioning possibilities. I would recommend Benji Ben to anyone seeking help with getting cool:

Im so glad I discovered this company. I got quotes from two other companies that were way beyond my budget and quite surprising. Fortunately, I made another call, and a technician came over the next day.

I found this company on a Facebook group and I was desperate to fix my A/C because it wasn't pumping cool air. I called them and they sent a technician named Jeremy the SAME DAY! He told us our capacitor was the problem and we also needed to install a hard start kit. He did it in 20 minutes and our A/C started working instantly. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but not horrible, considering we need our air condition fixed in this heat wave and Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was right away! Very knowledgeable and respectful! Thank you Jeremy and Affordable Heating and Air! :

Benji was wonderful. He took the time to explain how the project would go and he worked a package to same me money! Thank you!

Looking for an HVAC company you can trust? This is the one. I had a company come out to tune-up my AC unit and I was told my AC needed to be replaced soon. I then had 3 companies out for a second opinion. All but this company told me I needed to replace my unit ASAP. When I need a new unit in the future, I'll contact Mark. Mark explained in detail why no service was necessary at this time. There are so many companies prepared to take your money and this one will not cheat you.

Martin and his team are amazing. He's so easy to work with and makes sure everything is done correctly and with no mess left behind. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

I had a real problem with the installer of an air and heat unit that stopped working. They refused my calls so I went looking for someone and found affordable Heating And Air. They gave me a great deal with a real good warranty. Not only that but they worked long hours to take the bad unit out and replace it with a good unit. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Martin. Glad to have found you.
