AC Repair
Our AC repair services address malfunctioning air conditioning systems with urgency and precision. Whether your unit requires refrigerant adjustments, compressor repairs, or thermostat diagnostics, our NATE-certified technicians use advanced tools to restore functionality swiftly. We specialize in resolving issues that cause inefficient cooling, unusual noises, or complete system failures, ensuring your home remains comfortable during Lakewoods hot summers. Regular maintenance prevents future breakdowns and maintains manufacturer warranties.
Heater Installation
We offer professional heater installation for residential and commercial properties, focusing on energy-efficient systems from trusted brands like Amana. Our team conducts thorough assessments to recommend systems matching your propertys size and heating needs. From initial consultation to final setup, we ensure proper sizing, ductwork optimization, and code-compliant installation. New heaters improve comfort, reduce energy bills, and qualify for rebates through utility programs like Xcel Energy, providing long-term value.
Heat Pumps
Heat pump services include installation, repair, and maintenance of dual-purpose systems that both heat and cool properties. We handle all types, including air-source and ground-source models, emphasizing energy efficiency and year-round comfort. Our technicians optimize settings for seasonal performance, troubleshoot refrigerant issues, and ensure defrost cycles operate correctly. Heat pumps reduce reliance on separate heating equipment, making them ideal for moderate climates like Colorados.
Commercial HVAC
Tailored commercial HVAC solutions address heating, cooling, and ventilation needs for businesses in Lakewood and Denver. We service large-scale systems in offices, warehouses, and retail spaces, prioritizing energy efficiency and regulatory compliance. Our team designs zoning solutions for uneven cooling demands, performs preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, and offers 24/7 emergency repairs. Commercial clients benefit from after-hours service scheduling to avoid operational disruptions.
Emergency HVAC
Emergency HVAC services address critical system failures requiring immediate attention. Available 24/7, our technicians respond swiftly to breakdowns in freezing winters or scorching summers. Common emergencies include furnace failures, AC compressor malfunctions, and refrigerant leaks. We carry essential replacement parts to resolve most issues in one visit, restoring comfort and preventing further damage to equipment while maintaining safety standards.

Our AC was leaking and there were some other leaks coming from this same issue. I called up a BUNCH of companies and Rich's team with Angela were fantastic. Angela worked on the weekend to discuss w me and was VERY knowledgeable about the process and asked some great questions which showed how much experience she has in the business. Then Rich was super nice and despite us having an access problem, they did not give me any hassle about it and was kind enough to come back when we fixed the lock issue and they could gain access to the unit while the tenant was traveling. They just fixed it today and it's in great working condition hopefully will be for quite some time and I'm grateful for their help!
