I'm more than satisfied by the quality of the air conditioning repair service provided by this company. My AC system is very old but the technician didn't give up, and find the best possible way to fix the problem. The price for the whole repair was reasonable and affordable. Thank you for the professionalism!

Finding a reliable air conditioning services in Las Vegas is not an easy task but I'm happy that my friend told me about this company. They offered me very affordable rates and do the job quickly! Excellent service. I would recommend your services to my friends!

Let's begin from the start received a call from them Tuesday morning stating they will have a tech out between 230-5pm. No one ever came, and no one ever called to say they weren't coming. I had to call them the next day (wed) all morning and afternoon. Finally someone answered stated, oh yeah I see you on the schedule for yesterday. Lol. Ok.

So why didnt your company follow through and come. She replied idk, and let me call another tech to see if he can come today. She called back said a tech would be here in 90min. Tech arrives, stays for almost 2 hrs and cant figure out what's wrong with it. Of course, obviously not well experienced. He told my son he never seen anything like this. Encouraging words, as we are melting.

And hoping to get this fixed asap. Than I get a call from the main number, saying tech has to come back 2mrw, it will be a 2 hr project. I asked what's wrong, she said idk. So now we are day 3 with no air. But if you would of came out the first day as scheduled, it would of been fixed today. Right. Now we can only hope he knows what he is doing tomorrow and actually fixes it.

Mind you my husband knows what's wrong with it, since he is an experienced man. However we are not allowed to fix it, since it belongs to a property management. Looks like we will be getting a hotel tomorrow, considering the high. Do not recommend company, as they are not reliable or experienced.

These guys are a real HVAC company, not just salesmen like other companies. I had Wrich Air come out and do some preventative maintenance and look everything over. Josh showed up right on time and was extremely courteous. He was very knowledgeable and was great to deal with. This is the most honest HVAC company I've dealt with. And that is a rare find. These guys will always be my first call with anything to do with HVAC. keep up the great work.

Great Tech. But supposed to email with estimate of cost for duct work and never received so looking to just buy portable air for extra room

Dave and Phil turned a gut wrenching experience into a GRRREAT experience. They were so reasonable and the problem was fixed for thousands less than estimates from other companies that wanted to replace everything. I cannot ever see using anyone else.

Absolutely the best air conditioning company! I was in desperate need of a new AC unit. Wrich Air came highly recommended to me and called I them for a quote. Dave arrived on time and examined the situation. He gave me a great price for a new 5-ton unit and we setup an install date. His installation team was fantastic! They arrived on time, were very conscientious, professional and did a great job.

I am so pleased with my new unit and the programmable thermostat. I also scheduled them to come out to do maintenance on my other units. Again, I am very pleased with their service. He arrived on time, performed the maintenance, and gave me a complete report of their condition. This will be my AC company from now on!

We have been renting the same home for 9 years and the A/C had gone out. The property management sent out the warranty service company tech, and after 3 attempts and 3 days later the resolution was that we were "screwed" because the part is not "available" for up to 3 months because of Covid, and the manufacturer couldn't keep up with demands.

As part of the A/C being a essential service the property manager insisted we get a hotel room to stay in because it was averaging 100+ degrees outdoor and 90+ in the house that week. In the meantime the property manager set up their own A/C company to come out and get a 2nd opinion and had sent out Josh from Wrich Air to come out. Long story short, he came, he diagnosed, got the part that wasn't "available" in town, and fixed that needed to be fixed in about a 2 hour time frame.

After about a week with no A/C, josh was an absolute angel in disguise because he not only showed that he knew what he was doing, he showed he cared about the clients that's in front of him and he feels their pain and discomfort, especially living in the desert when it hits triple digit heat. Thank you Josh for taking the time and having that awesome attitude to get the job done right the 1st time around!

Seriously the gem of Vegas when it comes to honest and capable technicians. I own a large Blue Heron home which has 5 A/C units. One was not blowing cool air in the main kids area, very difficult during the hot days in Vegas. INFINITY AIR warranties the work for Blue Heron and installed the units. Their technician, Jorge, came out and first told me that it was a reboot needed, did this and left.

Air still not working. Called again, said it was a bad thermostat, but did troubleshooting and left without solving the issue, 3rd visit Jorge said it was not working because the unit was not working because it needed to be cleaned and serviced, and perhaps running it with construction debris ruined the unit. They refused any further service visits.

I told Blue Heron that I would have a tech come out and if indeed they agreed that the filters were dirty and caused the problem, I would pay for it. Tech from WRICH AIR comes out and troubleshoots the unit (all video taped) and recognizes that the king valves were closed. For those who dont know what these are, they're closed when the units ship from the factory, then opened when installed to allow the freon to pass through the system. Leaving these closed after installation suggests that they forgot to open and flush this 1 unit out of the 5 installed.

They mislabeled the units also, perhaps providing confusion during the install. WRICH air was able to get Rheem to warranty one of the parts as they understood the problem, and the balance of the bill was paid by me. WRICH air was amazingly honest and operated with integrity. INFINITY AIR stated because I had another company (merely evaluate and discover the closed king valves) they stated that this voided their warranty.

What a total joke. What warranty? They refused service. The service they will have to accept will be from a process server. Anyway, an awful experience with Infinity Air, but Wrich saved the day. 2 technicians were at my home on separate occasions, and amazing job fellas! Unlike Jorge who tried to sell me a bacterial kill lamp for my filters, and on the 2nd visit and maintenance program to clean the AC units every 3 months for some ridiculous amount of money.

Best a/c company ever. So honest and upfront. I have been using this company for years to get me through the hot summers. My old a/c finally went out after 26 years. Ok, we have been through the wringer with air conditioning companies here in Las Vegas. I'm telling you - Wrich Air is the BEST by far. They are so honest and professional and reasonably priced. My air went out last night and I called them this morning. They were on-time and had it fixed in half an hour (Thanks Phil!) They are top notch. I use them for my rental properties and my own home. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Wrich is the only a/c company I will ever use! Gus came out, did a fantastic job, and answered all my questions. A really reasonable price! If I ever need more a/c work done, I will call Wrich and request Gus to do the work!

Amazing company! I cannot express enough how happy I am with Wrich Air. They got to me quickly when my air wasn't working and I decided to get a heating tune up as well. The tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I will 100% use them again if I need to (which I dont think I will with how well my systems are doing) and I will recommend to everyone I know.

After interviewing a total of 4 HVAC companies, we chose WRICH AIR. For the cost of air and furnace with great warranties was one reason, taking the leap to trust the company with installers was the best reason. So happy we did. Dave Wrich along with Steve and Josh could not have been more honest, professional, considerate the moment they arrived. 1.5 day to dismantle old, install new, along with some great duct work.

First day Steve & Josh worked nonstop, no break, even with their boss Dave stopping by to bring a burger, lunch sat out on the back of their truck until they were finished. (Ice cold it was). They cleaned up work area so well, you would not even have known they were here. Steve came back 1/2 day to finish up, made sure all was up to the best standard and when finished again, spotless clean.

We will always use Wrich Air for any maintenance, referral to anyone who might be overwhelmed with all that is out there, you CAN'T GO WRONG with WRICH. They do not advertise, all by the good word of their customers, they can keep their cost down a bit too! Thank you!

Our heating system failed recently, and Wrich Air Cooling & Heating came highly recommended., Our system is more than 20 years old, and we were afraid that we would have to replace it with a new system. We were told Wrich Air Cooling & Heating was honest, fairly priced, and reliable. Wrich Air Cooling & Heating far exceeded our expectations. They first replaced the computer board.

When it still didn't work, they came back two more times -the next two nights-until the problem was solved. After their second visit, they could easily have told us we needed a whole new heating system, which would have cost us 10 times what the board had cost us. But they persisted. They called the manufacturer, who had failed to mention that in some cases an additional part was needed for the system to work correctly.

The part was not included by the manufacturer. On their third visit, Wrich Air Coolng & Heating installed the additional part at no cost to us, and also serviced the entire system. When we offered to pay more, they refused. Wrich Air Cooling & Heating truly believes in quality customer service and standing by their work. They are a true gem of a company, We highly recommend them.

Great customer service and super affordable for honest work! When it came to getting my AC checked before summer, the guy came and did his inspection, told us his findings/recommendations, and went on his way. Would definitely recommend!

Love these guys! They have always been honest with me and fixed my A/C units when other companies were trying to make big sales. One competitor told me I needed to spend almost $20k for a new unit. When Wrich air came out, they found that the unit was UNPLUGGED! Needless to say, I'm a big fan of Wrich Air!

I would highly recommend Wrich air. I sent Dave an inspection report after a different company had come out. He looked at the report and gave me guidance. Gus with Wrich came out to my house last week to give me a second opinion on one of my AC units not functioning properly. The first company I had come out was just there for annual maintenance and I got a complete shock when they told me my compressor wasn't working. My units had worked last summer so this was news to me. I was very surprised and nervous about possibly having to replace one of my units so I wanted some time to do some research.

I watched a bunch of YouTube videos prior to Gus coming out so this time I at least had an idea about the basic components of the unit. Gus ended up telling me the same information as the first company (which also aligned with my research) but the price he gave me for the hard start (which luckily in my case worked) was substantially less than the other company. Gus was very patient with all of my questions and also cleaned up my units as well.

I was really impressed! I realized that I've actually worked with this company before too when I managed a nonprofit clinic, they were the ones to service our AC as well and they were great back then too. Thanks Gus!

I texted Wrich Air on the recommendation of a friend, when my upstairs unit wasn't fully cooling to temperature. They responded immediately with an offer to get me on the schedule for the very next morning (it was after 8pm, and not an emergency on my end since I had cooling from the downstairs unit.) Gus came out and was wonderful. The repair was very reasonably priced, and he patiently answered my questions about the repaired components and what to expect next from my 10 year old equipment. He didn't try to oversell, nor convince me to replace a unit which still has good service to it! Many thanks!

Our air wasn't working at my office at work. I called and they sent Adam over to look at it right away. Adam is so pleasant, great personality! he explained in terms that i could understand what was going on and drew me a diagram of the system. after taking all the time to explain to me, he then had to go over it all again with my manager. he was extremely kind and patient the whole time and gave us several options on how we can fix the issue and this will be saving our company allot of money. We called several companies to come out and just do a check on our HVAC equipment after we moved into a house. These guys had the most reasonable price by far. They came out, did a thorough inspection, very professional and knowledgeable, and took time to explain some things to us. A few days ago (just as it hit 100 degrees!), our upstairs AC stopped working.

They came out on 2 days notice, (which is pretty good for Las Vegas summer!), immediately found the problem in the distribution motor in the attic and was able to replace the motor inside an hour. He also double-checked the AC unit again, which was working properly. As before, they came out when they said they would, and are courteous and professional. I highly recommend Wrich Air.

"We can't help you till after summer." There is 4 months of heat coming and you guys can't help me till after summer? Paid $80 to have them tell me I need repairs but they are too busy and can't make them.

They have time to inspect your unit and charge you for that but not enough time to actually make any of the necessary repairs to get my air conditioning working. If you plan on getting your air repaired try another company that will actually have time to make the repairs they tell you are needed.

These guys are awesome and great customer service! First of all it 230 in the morning our house got struck by lightning. We lost all power to everything in the house. After a couple hours our power turned back on but our AC did not. Dave and his guys came out and fix the compressor/transformer inside the AC. They done told us that our AC had been struck by the lightning that's why It had blown. It was over Fourth of July weekend and I am so sorry that they had to work but my family and I greatly appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you guys

Dave and his crew are wonderful! I feel that his main purpose is to help people and he's very very very fair and honest. I'll recommend him to anyone. I wish I would of heard of them a year ago instead of the terrible company that I got involve with.

They ensured to clean up after themselves They let us know the best time to buy and helped us get the best deal. Vince and Dave walked us through how to run the unit and what best filter to use. A/C unit went out just before 4th of July temperatures were at 110° outside and inside the thermostat only reads to 99°. Wrich cooling/heating got it fixed quick, price was fair and installers were friendly. Felt like I was back in Alaska. :
