The tech Michael Eisenhower was great. Professional and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Did a thorough check and explained what he was doing. I love Woods. They were the only AC company that would come out when we needed them the most in a hot July month when our AC went out in our old home. We have kept with them for several years and now in our new home. I would rather pay a little more for great service then cheaper and bad service. Thank you Michael and the staff at Woods.

Mike Eisenhower is an absolute quality professional, and he took his time and wasn't in a rush, but was still timely. He was very personable, and o could tell he know what he was doing, so good job on woods behalf, with the training of their employees. From start to finish, this company has exceeded all expectations. They were able to come to our house within 12 hours of our online request. Kelly reached out and made sure we were made a priority Our technician Roy who came out was super knowledgeable and intricate with his diagnosis. Even though the diagnosis was to purchase an entire new unit, they made us feel it was going to be OK an would all work out.
I let them know that I had a medical condition that requires me to stay cool so their promptness on ensuring to get a salesperson out to order the unit was within an hour that same day. Cary was our salesperson and was so patient understanding, and answered all of our questions. He made sure that all our needs were met when picking out the new unit, down to the affordability.
To top it off, he let us borrow 2 window units to cool our house until they could do the install 2 days later! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! When our water heater goes out next, they will be the ones we call as well. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We had our bi annual inspection today which Mike Eisenhauer performed. While in the attic, he brought down pictures of mold. Not a lot of mold but enough to further discuss our options. I have sinus and allergy issues 365 days a year. We opted to install the Solaris Air Purification system, install a new thermostat and a new capacitor. Mike spent a lot of time with us and explained everything perfectly.
He did not apply a lot of pressure and handled the sale/upgrades professionally. We also renewed our annual contract with Woods Comfort. I would like to request Mike to come back for our next inspection if at all possible. Great job Mike!

Woods Comfort Systems is our go-to A/C and heating company for our commercial business. They're extremely responsive and professional. They also work quickly for both installation and maintenance appointments. We just had a 30 year old A/C unit replaced by Justin and Thomas and they did an excellent job and communicated with us throughout the process. They even had to install a unit on a rooftop, which I am sure is not easy at all.

The technician, Michael Eisnehauer was excellent. Informative regarding issues with mold in ducts, and offered several solutions. Royce installed a new garbage disposal for me. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain options as to repair Vs replacement. Before arriving he called to say he could come earlier if that was convenient which was a real plus. Woods provided this next day appointment even with my calling in the late afternoon of the day before. Would highly recommend this business.

Cary took his time in the inspection and provide us with quote that was fair and able to install the next day! He was kind by letting us borrow 2 portable AC units to survive the night. Justin and Chris arrived promptly on schedule and worked professionally. They did not leave until AC was up and running. We are so grateful!

I hired this company to replace two exterior faucets. On the front exterior faucet, the seal between the pipe and the exterior house wall was broken and frayed. While the plumber replaced the faucet, he ignored the seal. I was not present at the time of the repair. Another adult in my household was present. When I arrived home after the repair was done, I noticed that the seal had not been repaired.
I called Woods Comfort and expressed my disappointment. The woman I spoke with told me that someone would get back with me. No one did. I called a second time, later the same week, and complained a second time. Again, the woman I spoke with told that someone would get back with me. No one has. Instead, they have sent me an email and asked me to review them!
The seal should have been repaired. I have attached a photo. Notice the seal. This is what Wood Comfort considers to be a repaired faucet. I was charged $424 for two faucets. This is what I got for my money. Very dissatisfied.

From the start of the process until the very end of the installation, Jacob and Miles were amazing! Three new TOTO toilets including a washlet were installed perfectly. Literally, from my first phone call to book the service to the follow-up with an estimate everyone from Wood Comfort have been responsive, professional and courteous. We are going to use them again for the additional TOTO Washlet that was just delivered for the 4th bathroom and also a gas line for a fireplace. This team is great!

I do not remember the name of the Wonderful young lady who helped us get our P.E.C rebate today.We were running out of time, and she did for us, that which we older people could not accomplish ourselves!! I want her to get some special recognition for her patience and great attitude!! Woods is congratulated for such wonderful employees! The installers were Great too!!
