We needed a new furnace, and we called a couple of different companies and we found Plumbing Plus to be very reasonable. When we called them for price quote they were there later that day. (Very impressed) They were very knowledgeable and explained the different types of furnaces and there benefits. We went with a high efficiency furnace. It was installed two days later!
The workers that installed our furnace were very polite and professional. We have seen a significant drop in our RG&E bill. Thank you Plumbing Plus for great service and saving us money! I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Plumbing Plus is awesome! Giovanni went above and beyond to help me out when my boiler went out on a Sunday. Jordan, who fixed my boiler, did the job quickly and was able to do so without me having to buy a new control board (which Betlem told me I'd need to do). Next time I am calling these guys first!

Plumbing Plus has done three major projects for me since last summer. Their work has been excellent and their people extremely competent and friendly. The work has been as varied as replacing sink faucets, removing old and installing two new toilets and cleaning out drains running from gutter downspouts to the back hillside. Plumbing Plus was there for us in our time of crisis! The piping from our shower and sink upstairs failed and we had lots of water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Joe replaced our horribly corroded failed pipe, gave us an honest status report on some of the other piping, and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He told us what the problem was and what he was doing at each step, waited for us to test it afterward, and even helped us clean up the rubble from cutting into the ceiling. It's so nice to be able to shower in the house again, and we'll definitely call Plumbing Plus again for any future issues.

My mother's furnace went south unexpectedly yesterday during single degree temperatures. I turned to Plumbing Plus and I'm glad I did. I explained the issue, that my mother was a senior citizen, they were at the house in 15 minutes. Nick the technician quickly found the problem, the heater exchanger was severely cracked, not only rendering the furnace useless but omitting poisonous carbon monoxide gas throughout the house.
I was able to work through Nick and his boss to get a new furnace fully installed, labor and parts, no hidden costs at a budget my mother could afford. Nick and the other technician had the new furnace installed within a few hours. I can't say enough about how pleased I'm at their service and dedication to the customer. I plan on doing business with them again in the near future. Great job Plumbing Plus!.

The technician was courteous and respectful of the home and of my time. I was in a work meeting and had two barking dogs simultaneously, so the situation wasn't calm and ideal. But he did his work on our garbage disposal swiftly and did a great job explaining to me what was going on with it and what he recommended. Our water heater quit suddenly and the status indicator light window was blank. There was no pilot light visible. I needed the help of a professional technical person to run a diagnostic and an estimate for any repair the heater needed. They were very quick to respond to my voicemail on a weekend and since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. A little late writing this but these guys saved me from an emergency a few years ago. I was selling my house and had the inspection a day away and all of a sudden my basement flooded from a blown water heater. They showed up a few hours after the call and in a very short time I had a new water heater installed and the price was excellent. Highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs!

They just made my day. Literally the happiest I could possibly be right now (in the middle of a pandemic). My hot water heater went out last week. And I called a different company that came up higher on the search algorithm on Yelp to come take look at it. They told me I would probably need a new water heater and that they could take care of it for me for the low low price of $2400.
They mentioned there was a small chance it was still under warranty and that I could check that out first but stated they thought I should just replace it since it's not a great water heater anyway. Not wanting to spend $2400 without exploring all options I called the company that made the water heater and discovered that mine was still under warranty.
They recommended Wischmeyer's as the local service providers. This is where the first part of their awesome customer service came in. I am a resident physician. And when all of this went down I was working nights leaving no time in my life for anything but work and sleep. I spoke to their 24hr answering service about the issue and told them it wasn't an emergency but that I would be hard to get a hold of during business hours since I would most likely be sleeping.
The office staff accepted this challenge and opted to text me updates and requests for information so I could book a service call as soon as possible. It was perfect. I could sleep through the day and respond whenever I had a minute at work. Then when they showed up for the service call today, they worked on the water heater for about 10 min. Came upstairs and told me the part would be here by Friday and in the meantime they put a generic part in place that should allow me to take a hot shower until the right part came in! My joy cannot be fully described. And total for the service call, temporary part and placement of eventual replacement warranty part.$250! Thank you

Technician showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and fixed the multiple issues that were contributing to having water in my basement. The dispatcher sent a text when I made the appointment to confirm the day and time, and I received a text the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way.
