I can't explain how well our A/C unit works after Wilson Rhodes's help! They found and fixed a problem that another company could not. On top of the great performance of our system, everyone was so nice and easy to work with. They were totally professional and kind, and I would recommend them to anyone. I bought a brand new unit from them after a year the unit broke, I call them multiple times to go and fix it and they never show up. I try for over a month because I had a good experience buying the unit but I had a bad experience with them once the unit fail

Great service, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous techs. Service man came out the day I called, and fixed our intermittent AC right up, and checked over the rest of the system to make sure we are ready for summer. He took the time to explain the issue with a delay switch that had burnt a resistor's soldered connection open, and replaced it with an improved model of the board. In and out, done and done. Five stars, literally.

I wanted to stick with original installers after hurricane Matthew but after several calls and a visit and a month later, still no return calls. Moved on. Good luck

This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever tried to work with. I had my realtor had used this company before and never had a problem. We had them give us a quote to convert our system to natural gas. They quoted me 350 dollars. We then made the necessary preparations and in April of 2014 we called the company to schedule them to come out and do the work.

I was told someone would be out in 2 weeks, this continued all summer long! I felt like I was on the phone with their receptionist every other week. My family had to endure a few nights of 50 degree weather in the main living areas of our home. Finally, November I received a call at 630 in the morning, telling us that they were sorry about the delays and that they would no longer be in the business of converting gas pak units because they would not be making any money in it.

When they had given me a quote and made me wait 8months! I tried calling back at 7 am and he would not get on the phone with me. I could not believe it! They never even called me back. I would never work with this company, no professionalism. They are hard to pin down for an appointment time If I could give no stars I would. Estimate $350. Actual expense was $ 750.00
