Westair has been in business for quite a while, and they've been servicing the a/c and heating units in my home for a good portion of that time. Every time I've called, whether for general service, or an emergency, Tom has always come out within 24 hours, even during their peak seasons. I like the fact that Westair is honest about the work that needs to be done, and why it needs to be done. Everything is explained to you in non-technical terms, and all of your questions are answered. All work is performed quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't trust anyone but Westair to work on my a/c and heating units.

We have used Westair for many years for our home and restaurants. Being a restaurant, if an a/c goes out we need immediate attention because customers don't quite understand when an a/c goes out and they are trying to eat in an uncomfortable atmosphere. Westair is ALWAYS out within an hour or so and the problem is always fixed. Their employees are simply the best and offer the best customer service around. And the lady that answers their phone, Dawn, is probably one of the kindest and sincerest people I have ever talked to. I personally give Westair and it's employees 10 stars!
