Service call to cap off plumbing on sink being replaced. Timely and professional. Good people to work with.

Showed up, I was told that someone from HVAC would have to come back and look at the issue on Monday- Monday came and went- I left messages for the manager to set up a return visit and no one called me back! Very unreliable and unprofessional, would not count on services when this is the service I've already experienced

I hope this review helps someone else out there. I called around for estimates to do a simple job that I did not have time or tools to complete. My old steel drain pipe for the washing machine finally rusted out at the base where it is plumbed into the concrete. Wellmann sent out their professional service tech and said the job should not take more than 6 hours from start to finish.

He did not tell me how it would cost. The next day I called and spoke with Rob (financial guy for the plumbing side of the house) and asking him what Wellmann's hourly rate is. He told me that it was $105 per hour. After speaking with Rob I told him that I would like to schedule a time to come and fix the drain pipe leak. Remember I asked for an estimate and was emailed the approx cost for $625.

The service tech was on point when he showed up and got right to work. It took him less than 4 hours to complete the job and did a good job doing so. Thank you. 3 weeks later I get the bill for $625. Seriously. I asked for an estimate. This estimate was for 6 hours that only took less than 4 hours to complete. Do the math. Materials cost roughly $25.

Should not have cost me more than $425. I called about this and spoke with Rob about it. Let's just say that he was very unprofessional due to him arguing with me and laughing saying that I agreed to the $625 estimate. I never signed anything, literally nothing. The service tech did the job under 4 hours so, I should be billed appropriately for the time ON the job. Rob finally agreed to adjusting the bill due the time completed and materials used for the job.

His comment to me, "this is how business are run". He wanted to overcharge me more than $200 dollars. I guess that's how you run a shady business, trying overcharge your customers. Not a professional business in my personal opinion. I gave this a three star review, because the work done was to standard and service tech was professional.

I called Wellmann Plumbing yesterday for an issue with our toilet, and they came not even 24 hours later, provided great service, and were very reasonably & well priced! We will be using them again if problems ever arise! Services: Plumbing leak detection, Toilet repair

Hired Wellmanns to repair a very old urinal. They completed the task and charged a reasonable amount for the job.

While repainting our bathroom we discovered the plumbing in our vanity was not up to code. We had Wellmann move our drain pipe from the floor into the wall. Despite running into several issues related to the design of our house and DIY mistakes from the prior owner of our house, Travis was able to get the pipe moved to the desired location in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Wellmann!

First time customer. Friendly, welcoming scheduler set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber was professional and efficient when installing (3) flappers (which I had purchased previously), found a small clog in one of the toilets, and fixed two leaky bathtub faucets. Liked Wellman's BBB rating, on-line site with successful years of serving Lincoln customers, and easy on-line payment.

I paid the reasonable statement (on-line) the day it was received. How convenient! Highly recommend for efficient plumbing service at a reasonable price. Welllman's have the Customer Service to make everything simple!

Wellmann Plumbing responded within 24 hrs to a drain line clog call they received at 4:30 on Thanksgiving Friday. They were respectful, successful, honest and as prompt as could be under the circumstances. Thank you.

Built a home and then a detached garage one year later, Wellman was used for both. They were the only subcontractors that didn't show on time, workmanship stunk, never finished on time, and continually created more problems than needed. Cut holes in ceilings unnecessarily (than quipped they can be patched), equipment leaked water over newly painted garage floor and then took two days to arrive to solve problem - just a few examples. Plus, never an apology. Will never use them again.

Great communication, prompt service and experienced employees are the hallmark of this company! After a week of calling and searching online for a contractor to complete a small residential hydrant replacement we were resigned to the possibility of doing the repair ourselves. Luckily Drew returned my call! Other companies considered our project to be too small to bother with or gave us outlandish estimates along with up to six-months wait time. Drew and his team gave us a realistic estimate and managed to squeeze us within days, (not months!), between other projects that were much larger and probably much more profitable than ours, but still treated us with courtesy and respect. Kelly & Tristan did a great job and left our lawn looking barely disturbed. Thank you!
