Walley's

Had a HVAC unit that did not cool properly. Called in and they had my info on file, because I had solicited a quote from them 2 years ago (good). Tech came in 2 days later. He was professional and recharged the unit and explained to me what to look for going forward. I can recommend Wally's wholeheartedly, they are responsive and pricing is transparent and fair.

I needed a new transfer pump for my water heater and they were very quick to come diagnose the problem and then replace it. Bryan did a great job and was very quick with no nonsense, which I appreciated. Very good, down to earth customer service over the phone as well. The price was on par with what I researched, if not a little cheaper. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Walley's staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Great quality for an unbeatable price (and we did LOTS of comparisons with local HVAC companies). No job is too big or too small. We started working with Walley's when no one else would drain the refrigerant from our old mini split systems without requiring us to commit to a new system with their company. Walley's did not require anything from us.

They were happy to drain the systems with no strings attached. We DID end up using them for our new mini splits and we couldn't have been happier with the entire process from quoting, scheduling, installation, and follow up! I have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Walley's is great and I wish I have been using them all along. I've been using another NH company who kept causing problems with my furnace misfiring. The straw the broke the camels back was when the tech from the previous company I used made the problem worse and I was left without heat. The old company I used also kept telling my my flue was over length.

I called Walley's since they install the same brand furnace that I use. They sent a tech out same day who got my furnace to at least run, but they were going to send someone out to quote replacing the burner/flue. Spencer came out to do the quote and I told him what was going on. He measure out the flue and it was not over length; in fact I have about 15 feet to spare.

He did recommend replacing it since it is not the correct venting pipe. Spencer then took the time to pull the burner apart and found that all the settings were wrong on it in the first place. After some time working on it and getting the correct nozzle in, he was able to get my furnace running efficiently and corrected the problem I was having in the first place.

I'm glad Spencer ended up coming out; he was knowledgeable, explained to me what was going on, and it really shows he takes pride in the work he's doing. Walley's gained a return customer and I couldn't recommend them more.

Walley's does a really good job with communicating confirmation of the appointment, heads up when the service person is on their way and generally not leaving you questioning what is happening when. Eddy did a good job with diagnosing the problem I was having with my furnace and fixing it in relatively short order. Plus, he was very patient with giving me a crash course in how to read the lights and heat and pressure gauge on the front of the furnace! Overall it was a positive experience.

Alex and Cam did an amazing job! They were professional, punctual, upbeat, knowledgeable and gave a straightforward, helpful description of the work done and what future options we might want to consider. Top to bottom everyone at Walley's has been responsive, efficient, pleasant and have gone above and beyond to make sure we were cared for to the highest degree of service. I would absolutely recommend Walley's!

I would recommend Wally's to anyone looking for any HVAC issue or problem. The Service techs and installers very personable and knowledgeable. The office kept us very in the loop with all scheduling aspects of the job. Our furnace failed Monday morning, by Tuesday afternoon new furnace was installed and running.

Prompt, polite, and professional. The admin I talked to for scheduling was delightful, and the technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the repairs done within an hour (common part, relatively easy to fix). Of the heating services I called to try and get my oil fired steam boiler system repaired Walley's was the only one who was capable of working on the whole system, and was wonderful to work with! Would recommend, especially if like me you have a much older system that many repair places aren't equipped to deal with.

The Walley's team was a pleasure to work with. Their quote for a full boiler replacement came in below my previous service provider, plus they were able to schedule me sooner. I was working when the guys from Wally's replaced my furnace. The job was done far beyond my expectations! I can't stop looking at the pipe work they did. Truly excellent! My wife tells me the guys were very nice and very detail oriented. We got two other quotes that were so much much higher from competitors. I will never go anywhere else for my heating needs!
