All of our technicians have graduated from HVAC school, are refrigerant certified, and have received many hours of on the job experience. All technicians are NATE certified or working toward their certification. Visser Heating & Air was founded by George Visser 30 years ago. The company is located in Elmhurst, Illinois and bases most if its business in the Elmhurst/DuPage County area. George founded the company after managing another suburban heating & air conditioning company for close to ten years.George went into his own business so he would be able to provide his customers with honest, trustworthy service, good customer service, and perform jobs with quality equipment and superior workmanship. Since Elmhurst is a growing and changing community, there is a need for HVAC services in new construction as well as older homes.

We happened upon Visser 5 years ago because of good online reviews to service our 16 year old ac/heating units in a house we'd just bought. For the duration of the next 4 years they have reliably responded to emergent AC/Heating issues, always meeting/exceeding expectations. Inevitably, we have now replaced our two AC units and two heating units, so we don't expect to call them much anymore. That's why we're sharing the secret. Always professional, always a good value. They are as good as it gets.

Easy to get ahold of, and showed up on time. Brian was courteous and was able to identify the issue quickly. He took the time to explain the issue, and was able to make the fixes in a reasonable time. After having a few HVAC companies be extremely flakey, it was great to deal with a company that was really professional. We will be using them moving forward.

Our furnace went our on Jan 4 and I called Visser and Brian was able to come out same day. He identified the issue and explained in detail and had another team member bring the appropriate part (large part) within an hour. Brian was able to get everything back up and running by 1pm! Everyone that was in my home was masked and very professional! I would highly recommend.

To start the new year, this morning our furnace went out. I called Brian and he came over within 1 hour. Upon diagnosing what the issue was, he called his team member to get the right part that was needed and his team member showed up within an hour as well. By 2pm we are back up and running today and the job was not simple. Thank you Brian and Visser Heating!

Visser has helped us with AC and furnace issues over the past 3 years. Every repair has been done during times of extreme heat and extreme cold. In these trying times, they have done the right thing. Huge shout out to Visser Heating & AC. Turned my furnace on today and it would not ignite. Called and Brian stopped within an hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem, cleaned the unit, and was on his way in 30 minutes or so. That is why my husband and I have had a service contract with Visser for years. Excellent customer care! Great family owned business that rose above and beyond to help me out. I had a hot water heater that would not stay lit. After calling and talking with one of the Visser boys I was given a few DIY suggestions to see if I could save myself before they made the trip out. This was right at the beginning of the winter season and they were jammed with. cold calls, meaning I was down on their list a little bit.
After unsuccessfully attempting to remedy the problem I called back and requested a tech to come out. I was told Monday at the earliest(I called on a Friday evening) due to their high volume of appointments already booked. I took the appointment and even contemplated calling elsewhere to see.
