Vance came in and gave me a wonderful quote easily and quickly for my mobile home. The team that came and did the installation we're clean they laid down cloth so that they didn't get my floors messy they cleaned up everything after themselves they cleaned up with the previous AC people didn't clean up when they left. They explained the new controls to me and everything else. Shay and his group were able to get in and out within a matter of hours. Mike was an absolute dream coming out checking on me checking on the unit making sure that when I did have questions he just popped in and answered them he has been absolutely amazing.

So far I am over the moon even though I had to spend considerable amount to get a new unit, but it was still cheaper then their competitors. And the unit is working beautifully.

Shay and his team installed a new AC HVAC system and our new water heater 10 months apart. They are the most professional and incredibly polite and kind guys in the business. Tory gave us a great deal for both systems and felt like we were talking to an old friend. From beginning to finish, both times, we have been impressed and VERY happy with our new systems. We are Vance customers for life!

They really try hard when they see something was not right. Highly recommended. They installed a tankless water heater.

Service Technician Jeb did a great job with a difficult to diagnose intermittent failure of our furnace motherboard (that was giving no error codes). He took all the time necessary, and only installed the needed motherboard. He had on hand, but didn't try to sell us, the collector that Lenox Tech Support suggested was needed. Jeb did a good install of a surge suppressor, and gave good explanations & advice for care, maintenance, & service.

I can and do diagnose and repair all sorts of things myself, and often find faults in work done by trained professionals. But Jeb nailed it in all respects. We'd asked friends and colleges for HVAC service recommendations. We got one vote from someone we don't know well, and four votes from people we hold in high regard. They all were for Vance. Now I know why. They were right. We're now signed up with Vance for semi-annual service/maintenance.

Was disappointed that they've grown and will no longer service the Desert Aire area not even for a complete new unit installation. Too bad because I had a great previous experience.

Great service! Really enjoy our new age ductless air/heat-still learning how to use it. The crew were all great and professional. And the whole thing was affordable, financed/being paid through our electric company and had a great rebate from the electric company also! Vance is a great company to work with.

NEVER AGAIN! An $85 service call turned into a $729 bill that resulted in NO FIX for my air system. The tech checked out our heat pump because we weren't getting cold air. After inspecting, he said the problem WAS NOT the air system but the coil in the furnace which is $3,000 to replace. After doing some research, turns out, the coil is only about $900!

I had another company come out and look. Guess what? It WAS the outside air unit! So, if I had gone along with Vance, they would have replaced the coil for $3k and it still wouldn't have been fixed. Then the tech wanted to do a pressure test on the system and said that would be an additional $600-$800. The other HVAC company that came out did the pressure test at their hourly rate--not at an additional charge of $600+!

I feel totally scammed by Vance and to top it off, I have NOT received an invoice to show me why I was charged $729.00 although the said they would send one and this service was done back on Aug 5th! NEVER AGAIN!

Zane and his team are outstanding. I had an aging HVAC system that finally gave up after they were able to keep it running as long as they could. The York system was torn out and replaced with the top quality and highest efficiency Lenox system. It has made the home so much more comfortable with its variable speed fan and iComfort thermostat. The crew replaced the entire system in a day, top quality work and the highest professionalism, nice and respectful. If you are needing HVAC work, nobody better in Central Washington than Vance Heating and Air!

Awesome awesome awesome! We had lost our central air during one of the hottest weeks. We had an emergency call out of which I had an immediate response. Found out it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Next morning at 10 met with the most efficient and respectful man, Cody Wilson, who went above and beyond our expectations. At first it was a week out to have a new one installed, then he worked his magic and got us scheduled for next morning. Well, he must have felt pity for our situation since we had four small children in the home, and called me 1/2 hour after he left from giving us our (acceptable) estimate to inform me that the crew was on their way! I could not be more pleased with their client service and how they worked so hard and quickly to resolve our dilemma! YOU GUYS ROCK!
