Shan and his team were wonderful to work with. We just moved into a valley house with no central air (unit or ductwork!). We were told from the beginning that installing a new ductwork system in this house would be problematic because only half of the house has an attic crawlspace, and we wanted to avoid putting unsightly ductwork on the roof. Regardless, Shan's team figured it out and was able to install everything in a professional and seamless manner.
They also gave us the best price. I know this for sure because I got three other quotes that were way off the charts. Thanks US Air! My family and I are now very comfortable and loving our new Nest thermostat!

I wanted to be able to leave a positive review for this company but we honestly feel we were taken advantage of during a holiday weekend. We completely understand charges are increased during emergency calls, overtime and holidays but when you tell someone over the phone the service call is $95 and then present them with a $700 bill without an estimate you feel cheated.
Our air conditioner went out over labor day weekend and Shan said he would be happy to come by. My husband already knew it needed freon since the same thing happened last year. Apparently we needed a new capacitor which he replaced without giving us the cost. He also never mentioned his labor rate was $350/hr. In the end paid $350 for 45 min of labor, $159 for 2 lbs of freon and $195 for a capacitor.
The capacitor is a $20 part. After speaking to Sean the next day about the price gouging he dropped off a check for $70. While this gesture was nice, the whole situation left a bad feeling. They claim to be the best price guaranteed, honest and reliable. I did not feel we received this service. Prices are extremely lower with other companies and not giving an estimate up front is not honest. The work was good so if you choose this company just get the cost in writing up front.

Shan and his company was recommended by a friend. Glad he did our AC installation. He gave me quote and got it done as promised. He double checked everything and made sure it was done correctly. We got our AC installed in May and since then have not been off. Electric bill will be high but worth the cool air around the house. Thanks again Shan!

Professional and honest service! I cannot thank Shan from US Air enough. After calling several HVAC companies two days before the holiday, and having no luck Shan was the first person to actually listen to what the issues where, was upfront about initial cost and also that the cost would go towards any repair needed. He worked the day before the holiday (7/3) let me know exactly what needed to be done, and also what he would recommend to make everything safe and working well. Needless to say his quote was very reasonable.
He came back Monday at the exact appointment time, got everything fixed and the A/C actually works better than it has in years. So I can honestly recommend Shan from U.S. Air, hard working, honest, and professional.

So glad we got a second opinion with US Air Conditioning. Shaun fixed our ac unit the same day and was willing to go above and beyond to get the job done (we live in a condo unit so he had to jump over our wall into the neighbors yard to get access to the roof)! He also is just a genuine person and after calling around, I'm very glad we chose this company and will recommend them to all our family & friends!

Excellent and efficient service. Shan came out to our property in the Pasadena area and provided us with a competitive quote. He had recently installed a unit for a family member so we felt very comfortable with the quality of his workmanship and professionalism. He completed the project within the time promised and made sure our furniture or personal belongings were covered and protected.
