I had an amazing experience with Total Air. The receptionists were informative and efficient in scheduling my appointment. Nathan the technician that helped me today was absolutely amazing! He explained and educated me about the repairs needed and several plans/options, he was professional, kind, and extremely informative and knowledgeable. Total Air will forever have my business.

Today technician Casey and his helper Chirod came to relocate my outside unit. They were beyond amazing. If I could give 100 stars I would! They were informative, thorough, and sooo professional and kind. They did such an amazing job, and had a smile on their faces despite the difficulty of their job in this heat. They were so pleasant, and took pride in their work. I recommend 110% and am so grateful!

I called 4 Air conditioning companies on a Saturday morning when I noticed my air conditioning had quit working, All the companies said that they could have someone come out on Monday But I needed my AC to work Saturday. So I called total air And the technician arrived Within an hour after the call for service. He was very professional, And very nice and easy to talk to. He fixed the problem and got my AC working again, I was very happy with the price And service. I highly recommend. J. Adams

AC went out. Since we hadn't had regular maint for a couple of years. Googled AC repairs and read each company's website. I believe I called on a Wednesday, They were on-site the next day, gave me a quote to fix and clean the unit. I also signed up for one of their plans so it gets regular service which also gives you a discount for any repairs. They came on Friday and got everything back up and running.

All were professional and courteous. Price was reasonable. About a week or so later one of the boards on the unit outside blew, which they had told us wasn't great so called and they came to see what it was, gave us a quote and he called before to see if in stock or not. It wasn't but he gave a time frame and had fixed the unit to bypass so the AC would work in the interim.

Again cost was reasonable. They will also call to follow up and make sure everything is good. They don't try to sell you anything but they will tell you approximately how much longer you might expect before it will probably last. Ours is over 10 years old so I'd rather know than not. I would recommend them without hesitation

From initial phone contact to timely completion of the job they were professional, personable, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Their honesty was unquestionable and the pricing fair and reasonable. I'll definitely use them again, in fact I joined the Prime Maintenance Plan. Taylor in the office was a pleasure and Nathan in the field was top notch all around.

Total Air Inc had been my Air Conditioning Service for 2 years. I have had very dependable servicing. Jon their Service Tech is experienced and competent to service my 2.5 ton AC unit and solved a start up issue with the system for easier start. I recommend Total Air Inc for maintenance of AC units. They're honest and do quality servicing.

Total Air is always on-time, professional, and they consistently provide outstanding service. We use them personally and refer them to our real estate clients for the larger commercial projects. I would recommend them to anyone who values hassle-free vendors who operate with excellence!

Wade Hepp was our technician he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did the winter preventative maintenance he cleaned and inspected our A/c and mini splits, paid extra attention to the pump and ensured it was thoroughly clear of deposits and build ups. Wade made recommendations to ensure our A/C runs efficiently and smoothly.

I had Total Air install a new AC after my old one died. They did a great job, got the old unit out and a new one installed in a single day. This included a new aluminum mount and removing the old rotten wooden structure. They were professional and although priced the most out of all my estimates, I liked that the company had been around for 17+ years. I just had the inspector out here today and the AC is working great. I'd highly recommend Total Air.

Casey and his helper did an awesome variable speed install for me. On time, clean and the guys literally took no lunch. 10 minutes for a sandwich in the truck. They had to build a stand from scratch due to my closet being too tight. No extra cost added. Would use again. Services: Installation, AC installation

I called with a repeat problem from a previous company, and Carlee was SO helpful on the phone. She sent Jeff the same day. Professional, helpful, and thorough, (and also a certified electrician!) he identified the problem immediately. The next day after getting it working I smelled something and they again sent someone out immediately. Nathan was equally thorough and professional. This company went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty! Such an incredibly different experience from every other AC company I have worked with! Thank you Total Air!

It appears as if technicians are only interested in "up selling" their services with things you most likely don't need.

Very friendly and professional customer service and technicians. Also very responsive to emails and calls. I am always notified with reminders of upcoming appointments either by phone or text and know when the technician is on the way or close by. A huge plus for me is that they called me timely to schedule my semi-annual maintenance on my prepaid plan.

We had not previously used Total Air Inc. but we have been very happy with the service they provided thus far! Total Air Inc. customer service person Karlee scheduled us quickly and pleasantly, answering any questions we had with ease. From the first minute he stepped in our house, Total Air Inc. service technician Jeff Burgess was both friendly and professional.

The A/C unit in question was beyond a repair that made financial sense and Jeff explained this to us in terms that we could comprehend. Both Karlee and Jeff gave us about the best first impression of Total Air Inc. possible and we are therefore very happy to give them our business as we buy and install a new unit. Total Air Inc. is fortunate to have employees of Karlee and Jeff's caliber and so are we!

Total Air replaced our whole air conditioning system after Hurricane Irma wiped it out. Got us financing and a maintenance plan for it. We periodically have an issue (because Florida is a tough place to be an air conditioner!) and they are always responsive, always have somebody out really soon. They come when they say they will, and hire excellent and professional people.

They have detected things we did not realize before the issue got too bad and showed us how to correct them, saving us money in the longer run. I was especially impressed by their tech Jon Conklin today, really onto it, really knows his stuff! Went above and beyond in knowledge, skill and helpfulness. 5+ stars!

Wake up to a puddle of water, call and get a same day visit. Brayden was polite, pleasant, efficient, and took the time to thoroughly explain why my unit wasn't up to St. Pete code (boo!). Glad I called them first and now they will be my go-to for all maintenance and issues. Thank you!

This company is awesome. I am a fifth generation from St. Pete and have known a few AC Companies, but Total Air takes the cake. The entire team is professional, courteous and thorough. The service men that came actually took the time to share with me what was going on. As a teacher, they not only showed me, but they explained the process to me so that I understood.

Office staff was impeccable. They returned calls, scheduled and sent the schedule to my email and phone - totally efficient and also professional and kind. I appreciate Total Air and all that it represents.

I chose this company after receiving bids from four others. This company although priced the highest, had a very informative sales rep, Corey, who helped answer all my questions. I moved forward with Total Air and signed the proposal, two weeks later I was contacted regarding the install and the following week they scheduled the installation for a brand new package unit, 7 vents and 2 return vents.

The two install technicians were incredible. They got the entire job done in 2 days and installed everything they had regarding inventory. Again they were fantastic. I was informed that the following day I would have someone come out to install one of the return vents. This never took place. I spoke to the office again today and was informed the remaining vents are on backorder and cant be installed for another week.

This will be a total of 2 FULL WEEKS, my dog, my roomate and myself will have to navigate through the house and all these massive openings. My issue is this.for a "legit" company to have had over 3 weeks to order the correct number of vents and return vents. Why am I left with 5 HOLES IN MY FLOOR for the price of $10,835.00. I strongly urge anyone considering this business to save your time and money and choose another company.

If I could do it all again, Id absolutely choose someone else. Check out the pics below Ive got a half connected tube, holes throughout my house and a torn up floor where a vent was placed and does not fit. Thanks Total Air for such high quality precision.

I am very picky when it comes to service. I usually always go with the highest Yelp or google review company I can find. We first hired comfort authority who had the most reviews, they over charged us and couldn't even do the job correctly. By luck, our plaster specialist Tate told us about Total Air! I cannot rave enough about how great this company is!

They are very reasonably priced, fast, professional, and super nice to work with. They had to replace some air ducts in our home, and we can feel the difference. Don't even think about hiring anyone else. Get on the phone and call them now. We will be hiring them for our other home projects in the future. Thank you josh, Nate and his other crew member I forgot (sorry) for installing the new ducts so quickly.

You rock! Can't praise your entire team enough. Brian, the tech, who initially came out to give us some options on how to fix our home is a total life saver. He gave us options we didn't even think about and saved us quite a lot of $$$. Book them!

AC dies at 5:30pm last night. They responded in 30 minutes and fixed a drainage issue. They did a total inspection and said everything looked good. I trust them and will use them in future (new to FL and I've learned it's hard to find good work). They weren't trying to oversell me with anything after inspecting everything. Prices were reasonable especially for such a short term notice. Very happy customer!

AC was out. Made Apt with Total Air for Friday. Was told that provider would be out around 4. Got a call later saying 6. Then another call saying I would be the first apt Saturday morning at 8 am sharp. They are supposed to be a 24 hour service. After 9 am with still no show, called to find out they wouldnt be over untill afternoon. Cancelled apt. Too many other willing AC services that will keep their word.

Excellent company to do business with. technicians are always on time. really knowledgeable and are willing to answer whatever questions you have. respectful of your home.taking the time to lay down tarp from the door to where your unit is.so they don't damage your floor.meticulous clean up when finished.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review for this technologically advanced AC company. When they came to install new vents they didn't even suggest to extend it further into the room so that the room would cool properly (not just the hallway). Also the day after service, the AC unit wasnt operating properly and all I was told was to change the filters. Tech didnt look any further for anything else(but up sold me to their care plan ). unfortunately the unit was clogged and leaked thru adjoining wall on my newly installed vinyl tile.

Service manager is declining any responsibility since it took a while for the smell to eventually alert me to this problem. Also float switch was not checked during visit to avoid a problem like this from happening as that would've shut unit off preventing leak and alerting me to a problem before it caused this extensive damage.

We were having a problem with our air conditioner turning off and on and we called Total Air to come out and inspect our system. One of their technicians, Nevon Hinds, came out to our condo on Sunday, August 12 and gave our system what appeared to be a thorough check-up but aside from finding a small air leak which even he admitted was not responsible for the system failure, he couldn't explain why the unit turned off and back on again.

He assured us that our system was otherwise fine and said he didn't expect for us to have this issue again because he could find no other issue with the system except for the small air leak. We paid him a service call fee of $79.95. On August 16, only 4 days after Mr. Hinds came out to inspect our system, our AC unit turned off again for several hours in the early morning.

We called Total Air to let them know about the "unresolved" and "yet to be discovered" issue and expected them to stand behind their "100% satisfaction guarantee" by either sending another technician out for no additional service fee or by offering to refund the $79.95 fee we paid since Mr. Hinds was not able to find the cause of the problem. But instead, what we were told by Bailey at Total Air was that they could send another technician out but we would have to pay another fee for the service call.

Her exact words were ".our techs have to be paid for their time". Our issue with not wanting to pay two service call fees for two separate service calls is that both were related to the exact same problem. If Mr. Hinds was able to discover the problem with a degree of confidence and we refused the repair, I would understand why the company would expect to be paid a second service call fee for a second service all.

But because Mr. Hinds was unable to discover the cause of the problem, we were surprised that Total Air didn't offer to send someone out at no charge or offer to refund the initial service call fee. We will be searching for another AC contractor and would caution anyone considering Total Air because in our case they did not stand behind their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

Excellent company and service. I had the air ducts replaced in my attic (rats destroyed them) and the crew very carefully removed the filthy ducts and replaced with new. They were super careful so my house stayed clean. After two companies didn't even bother to show up for a quote, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Very professional. Excellent service.

Called at 8:30am and needed my AC serviced after Huricane Irma. They arrived at 10:06am! Fast service! Brian Re was a delight to work with and got us up and running in no time at all! Planning a full replacement with Total Air within the next few weeks. Reasonable rates!

The owner Aaron Freedman asked me via email to write this review so I will. Aaron, I really appreciate the fact your secretary, Antoinette was very responsive and kept me up to date with the schedule changes. I didn't sweat the fact they had to cancel and reschedule twice because I know it's hot season and your swamped PLUS so many contractors/service people do a poor job of communication so the 4 stars is partly the great follow up she did as well as the tech, Rigo.

He spoke to me by phone (as I was not home) and he waked me through the repair as best he could. It was $150 for the leak detection service, but he wasn't able to detect the leak. He told me there was no guarantee of finding the leak that it was the base charge for the service and equipment used for leak detection. I get it. I guess if it were me, I might have some allowance for instances where you weren't able to find the leak. Rigo did change an electrical part that was burned out and he filled the system with refrigerant and told me to monitor it.

Overall the service was very good, I would have given 5 stars had it not been for my confusion of the leak detection charge. You did give me $25 off the service call so I'm grateful for that. THANK YOU Gonzalo

Warm air came out suddenly. I called and talked to Bailey (sorry if spelled wrong). She was clear, patient, and helpful. She gave me a time slot to expect them. (This caused me to cancel another company that told me 2 others times and lost my info when I called to check where they were) 5 hours later Brian showed up right on time. He was professional, informative, patient and kind.

He answered a ton of my questions, gave me a clear estimate, fixed the problem, and also took time and supplies to handle 2 small issues for free. and one was on another ac unit and I didnt even know I had the problem! I have had no affiliation or friendship in anyway with this company until today. This review is honest and not exaggerated in anyway. I will definitely use Total Air again. hopefully a long time from now!
