There's always a bit of angst when having to consider ac/heating issues but our experience with TLC has always been good. Today our expert heating guy "Jonah Clark" showed up, on time, pegged the problem, fixed it and did several other things that weren't required of him. His easy, straightforward demeanor was appreciated and made it easy for us to have him in our home. Thanks TLC and thanks to Jonah... great job.

I have done business with TLC in the past and have always had great service. This time was no different. They responded quickly when I called and fixed the immediate problem. I had to have some additional work done and they worked around my schedule to get the job completed. On the day they were scheduled to come out they had to send a different service pro than the one who originally came out. Anthony was very professional and called me prior to coming out in order to talk with me about the job - he went over everything with me again and explained exactly what the job entailed.

He made sure I was completely satisfied before moving forward. He got the job done in the time frame promised and did a walk through with me after finishing to make sure I didn't have any concerns or additional questions. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received.

We are extremely pleased with TLC and the service they have provided us. They installed a new heating and A/c system for us and then we had to have our electricity upgraded. We had a very difficult time getting the Coop to get the 200 amp service we needed. As soon as the Coop got the poles and transformer in, TLC was here to finish the process. We have worked with Thomas, and Alberto and Jessie did the actual on the job work.

They have all three been very good to work with and the cleanup at the end of a very long day is much appreciated. This is a holiday weekend and they have worked way past quitting time! Thanks TLC for a great job!

Great customer service and quick response to have some service done on my house. The two plumbers (Josh &James) that came out were fast and professional. Were even able to complete the task at a lower rate than the initial estimate. TLC has done great work for me in the past and these guys were very trustworthy.

Employee James Crespin Impressed us with his Plumbing knowledge and skills, but especially with his Can Do attitude, and shows he really cares about his customers and performing quality work. A true professional who represents TLC in a most positive way.

Scott and Eddie installed our new swamp cooler. They were extremely proficient, polite, and professional. We are immensely pleased with these two men and want to sing their praises. Our new cooler is exceptional.

I have used TLC for everything in my home that I have owned for the past 20 years. I just replaced 2 hot water heaters and swamp coolers. Adam in HVAC has done a great job and even replaced cement pads for the coolers. Carlos Robles in Install has been responsive and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very good work on a gas leak. They finished the work efficiently and quickly with minimal disruption and minimal impact on my lawn and house. I would definitely call them again. I want to especially thank James Crespin for his professionalism and attention to detail throughout the work, as well as his helper Gabriel.

Johnny Ray is a first class guy who deserves more than 5 stars. He makes TLC look good. I had what I consider to be a difficult project and I was concerned about getting it done because my wife is scheduled for surgery Wednesday. Johnny quickly made my worries disappear as he spent the afternoon in the hot sun making sure everything was perfect before he left. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. Next time I have a problem I know who to call.

James C. was our HVAC technician today - he did an outstanding job. James performed our HVAC winterizing last week and at that time, recommended we upgrade our filter system. He would have installed it that day, but our size was not in stock. He kept me apprised re the arrival of our correct size - scheduled the installation and just completed the job in minutes.

Before he left, he clearly demonstrated how to change the filter media in a way that even I understood. He is professional, proficient, knowledgeable, polite, personable and pleasant. Thank you, TLC, for having such outstanding individuals on your team.

I initially called Affordable Service Plumbing the night before for emergency services and never received a response. I'm pretty glad they didn't respond. I called TLC the next morning and received a call back from Josh within an hour. He came out, explained the price range of the potential service and got to work. He knew my family was without water.

He worked quickly and professionally. He kept me informed the entire time about potential issues and how it would change the price. Josh is a true professional and makes sure he takes care of the customers. I was impressed by TLC's responsiveness and will use them again in the future.

A week ago we had our evaporative cooler replaced by Jose and TLC. The process was very simple, although super hot for tech with 100 degree temps on the rooftop. Of course the service we received was very professional. Jose took time to explain about the unit we purchased and the design that made it one of the best for our home. We chatted about our moms while he also showed us the inside of the new unit and explained how it worked internally. Ordinarily you don't get this kind of detail and Customer Service with just any company or service technician/installer.

We are very happy with the product and the service we received from TLC and Jose. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing any services for their home. The overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend them. So much so that we just inquired today about replacing the second evaporative unit our home has, since the 17yr old remaining one can't seem to cool above 77 degrees. Carlos with scheduling was also AWESOME when we initially called a few weeks ago, after another company we were going to use ignored us and would not return our calls/emails.

We received 3+ estimates from several companies, and although TLC looks to be more expensive.you also get what you pay for. And with TLC, its been excellent customer service where everyone has been professional and very knowledgeable. Also great warranties.

Zion from TLC came to our apartment today to fix a plumbing issue after our maintenance team determined it was past the point where they could fix it and man, we are so glad they called him. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He ended up coming at 5 pm on a Friday and saw it was going to be quite the undertaking, but that didn't phase him at all!

He ended up staying until it was finished, which ended up being close to 6 pm! We were so impressed that he stayed so late and was still so kind to us. Once he left, we were actually able to take a shower after being limited to baths for a week! We are so thankful for Zion and will remember this experience in the future when we need a plumber as homeowners. Thank you!

SAM GARCIA! The man! The hero! We had a bad leak and didn't know where it was coming from. Sam came in after everyone was weeks out and said major demolition was going to be required. Sam removed some Sheetrock and had the water back on in hours. Highly recommend. Service: Plumbing leak detection

This team came out and they did an amazing job. The were efficient and the work they completed was done at a very high quality. Antonio was a great leader & his workers Jamie, Joe & chase did the jobs perfectly. These men were very respectful and also had so much personality! We have had issue with plumbing for years because our children wear and tear things so quickly.

I can already tell the difference in the work they completed. They were willing to go the extra mile for us to replace our toilets & faucets. This will be the primary team we call & use for our business now. Highly recommended.

The entire process of acquiring a new HVAC system was seamless. From Riley, the sales consultant who came out and gave us our options, he was honest and gave us the tools to make an informed decision on this significant investment. Brian Richards and Jacob Martinez were exceptional installers. They were timely, communicated to me and provided updates throughout the entire process, answered my questions, and cleaned up after the job was done. I have used TLC for other heating, cooling, and plumbing needs and will continue to do so. Thank you to the team and their professionalism.

TLC did a first class job on our Swamp Cooler to AC conversion. We got lower bids from other companies, but I'm pretty confident that those bids would have escalated quickly once the job started. Riley from TLC did a very, very thorough estimate, spending a couple hours taking measurements and discussing options to install return ducts. Before starting the job, he visited again with Brian, the leader of the install team, and confirmed plans before doing a final estimate. Brian and Jacob did the lion's share of the install, and they were a very professional and thorough team.

Great communication, arrived on time every day, kept me in the loop throughout the job, and were great about cleaning up everyday after work was complete. If you want first class treatment, I highly recommend this team!

Okay. Over the last 17 years, I have needed assistance with plumbing three times and with electrical once. All 4 of those times, I have called TLC, and I have felt overjoyed by the customer oriented service that I have received. Every single time, I have been able to call to set up an appointment, and had one of their expert professionals at my door within a couple of hours to diagnose and solve whatever the problem is.

A house is like a human body with a number of systems that are necessary to make for a comfortable home. TLC will always be my home's doctors. Today, it was a fellow named Trent West who not only fixed my original problem but also found an unnoticed partial cause for that problem. All was repaired quickly and thoroughly in a quite reasonable amount of time for a quite reasonable price.

If YOUR HOME needs a doctor for electrical, plumbing or HVAC help, yeah, I am quite comfortable recommending TLC. They are successful in the local business world because they take care of their customers.

TLC converted our heating and cooling from a swamp cooler to a new furnace and refrigerated air system. They sent skilled professionals Cliff, Jonathan and Diego who performed the conversion in a short time with great results.

Excellent customer service and reliability. TLC staff was able to coordinate and perform multiple projects and repairs including plumbing repairs, furnace installation, hot water heater installation, air conditioning installment, and all associated electrical upgrades and city permit applications. They worked hand in hand with the roofers while installing the new unit on the roof.

Every employee I had the pleasure of meeting and working with was professional and courteous - looking out for what the best solutions would be for my particular issues. I'd like to personally recognize Danny, Carlos, Jose, and John for their attention to detail with this project. I'm unable to recall the names of the other fine employees at this moment but please extend my gratitude for their hard work. I'll definitely be using TLC again for my future needs.

Elijah came *early*! and assured me my heater is okie dokie, turned it off, and I let him know I'll be calling again when the heater needs to be turned on to be sure all is still well. Thanks TLC! You've since earned the name. Happy Easter everyone!

I called to have the ac summarize and the heater turned off. They said parts needed to be replaced that went out on a brand new ac and replaced the faucet splitter that was also just a year old. They took the parts they replaced. I wasn't informed before hand. But they fixed it and when I called they were very helpful and professional and I love that they took care of everything.

We love them and I will remember to always ask more questions and be more involved. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to summarizing our AC unit. Thank you for keeping our family cool and comfortable.

(Thursday, March 10, 2022). Called TLC Plumbing needing to have my residential tankless water heater flushed for performance maintenance. Miss "Carla" was able to get me a same-day-appointment! Great! Within a couple of hours, the TLC Service Techs called me to say they were just 20-30 minutes from arriving! Cool! Let's Roll! Lucas & Luis quickly got busy and had the job completed in about 35 minutes!

They were both professional, courteous and focused on providing top-shelf customer service! The 10% Discount offered to Seniors/Veterans & Active Duty/Preventive Maintenance Customers helped, too! This is the second time I have used TLC. They are top shelf. I wouldn't call anyone else. There are a lot of HVAC contractors who just want to rip you off. TLC does not.

Great response time. Was one of the few companies who answered the phone on a weekend. Really personable, professional crew (thank you Lawerence and Zion!) who went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly. I can't tell you how nice it is to have the water back on (our water main burst during the recent extreme cold)! We will definitely be calling this company again for any future plumbing/utility needs.

Note: If you need them asap, then let them know and they have a system to dispatch Help. I called just as they opened. Took my call and based on my needs dispatched someone over! Both their systems work. And the employee is fantastic. Let us pray for the example and continued quality of company and employee(s).

I am visiting my friend in Albuquerque when I offered to fix an outlet. (I now know not to try to fix anyway with electricity). Somehow I crossed the wires and made the ceiling lights blow. we called TLC plumbing and utility and within 30 minutes they sent out an electrician! Dakota with TLC is AMAZING and fixed the crossed wires. He is polite, helpful and a true asset to TLC. I strongly recommend this company and Dakota.

Steve and Alex came out to repair my mom's boiler after it ran out of propane and "locked out." It was difficult to overcome the lock out as there was no indication regarding this problem in the boiler's manual. It was a problem, but they overcame the difficulty by reaching out to their extensive list of professional coworkers. Amazingly, one knew a dealer representative in NM who happened to know the reset sequence.

This team was not willing to give up on us and I'd like to say, TLC has a great group of professionals, who on a holiday, at night were willing to help. -- they have a village. Good job TLC!

We were having problems with our old boiler and called TLC. Cody arrived within a few hours (on the weekend), diagnosed what was wrong and unlike other plumbers actually took the time to look at EVERYTHING, gave us various options/recommendations and there was no pressure whatsoever to choose a certain option. We ended up just having them install a new system and are very satisfied with the whole process. Boilers are not cheap but we got what we needed at a reasonable price. Cody and his helper Ronny did some top notch work as well during the install and stayed as long as it took. We will be using TLC from now on for anything we need.

They came over and did an extensive, thorough job and helping me locate the Issue with our plumbing. They use the machine that sent a camera down the pipe so we can pinpoint exactly where the blockage was. I highly recommend this company to anybody in the area.

I honestly didn't even think of reaching out to TLC Plumbing & Utility when my tenants reported the electricity to the whole home that I was renting out was completely down.and.on the worst timing possible.a Sunday evening when noone else seemed to be working! After confirming with PNM that it wasn't an issue on the provider's end, I reached and and left a message to some vendors.

Most (to my experience thus far with ABQ vendors) rarely returned your calls! Some that did was very coarse with their replies and seemed annoyed that I reached out on a Sunday (even though their hours listed that they operated on Sunday!). When I called TLC, however, my experience was significantly different.and in a positive way. TLC's operator was prompt to take my call, provide me with details, was honest with pricing given the timing of the call, and what to expect next.and soon enough within an hour, I was in touch with Alberto who was able to stop by the home and updated me with what went wrong with the electricity set up at the home.

I was thankful Alberto was able to provide quick, short term and long term solutions for my tenants (with warranties until they come to help fix/install the new set up if the electricity was to completely go out again, too!). The experience has been very prompt and polite.and I was honestly impressed with their efficiencies and their honesty. True, the last min service call to do short term fix to restore electricity/power at my home could have been slightly cheaper, but it was understandingly more expensive because of the timing/urgency of the call.

Their long term solution fix was in a range that I was expecting (given I had been researching a bit about what needed to be done of the home anyways!). Overall, I'm very satisfied with their honest, open communications and promptness + efficiencies to provide the service I needed. They are already on top of things to request permit to work on my long term solution and I can't wait to get the long term fix in place, already trusting that the technician knew what he was doing as well.

Not only are the plumbers gorgeous, sweet, and professional, they really look out for the customer. First time was a savings of about $2K, because I didn't need a new water line, just a "T" for irrigation. Today, during a faucet changing, I was informed my angle stops needed replacement. House is 50 years old, so it must be about time. Because of the honesty of the first experience, I feel comfortable trusting TLC and heed well the advise.

Days after leaving my previous one-star review, TLC came out and fixed my issue, I'm updating my review.

We recently moved into our home and needed some updates/upgrades to the plumbing. When I called to ask about replacing our well pressure tank, I was greeted and informed of the ability to do such a task. I was also looking to install an efficient and effective water softener, to which they said they could do that as well. The company is also supportive of veterans.

More on that later. The install was the next day. The two person crew removed the old pressure tank, installed the new one and installed a water softener. The whole process was done very tidy and smoothly. The guys were sociable while they worked. They did wear face masks while around my family. Upon completion, they provided a military thank you discount for the pressure tank.

As for the water softener, they provided me with a significant discount savings due to a special they were doing. Highly recommend this company as they do great work and good pricing.

Close enough to start a war, All that I have is on the floor, God only knows what we're fighting for, All that I say, you always say more. TLC saved us from their competitors.following through in a timely manner to give us a quote, to switch our Swamp Cooler out for A/C. TLC's quote was a bigger better model (3.5 Ton) for our one story.it was 1 Grand/K/G Note/Rack/Grover less.

We immediately approved it. The next day like clock work they switched us out. It was an all day job.we could feel the cool diff. right away. Next time I'll be braver, I'll be my own savior, Standing on my own two feet, Thanks to TLC. Best, Avram Adele Jr.
