I am a return customer and as always satisfied with the service Swan provides. They are always on time and take the time to explain any issues or potential issues. Would highly recommend rather than using other companies in the area. The technicians were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Swan for 8 years and they have never missed a beat, I would highly recommend them because of there superior service.

Jeremiah and Zach installed our new furnace and AC last week and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were extremely informative and patient in answering all our questions. Would highly recommend their team of experienced employees.

Andy is knowledgeable about furnaces, hot water heaters, whole house fans and related things. He takes the time to explain clearly how things work and to present the different choices that a customer has. He seems trustworthy and cares about doing the job right.

Isaac T and Mario installed our Amana cooling system. They made a good first impression when introducing themselves both with positive attitudes they looked like they enjoy their job. (Unlike some people who look like they hate their job when they ring your bell.) They took care of our flooring by laying down mats and wearing shoe covers which is respectful.

They let me know what exactly they would be doing before the work started and made sure all my questions were answered. They filled me in on what was going on every so often when I would check on the progress. After the project was done Isaac ran through with my husband and I to fill us in on the system so we were comfortable with our new system. We feel very confident we chose the right company for our cooling system and knowing they have our back with future projects its very reassuring.

Swan Air Conditioning and Heating was awesome definitely a 5 star company. Andy the technician was very prompt, professional and courteous. Nnocked out a job that was pretty nasty. Got my heating unit cleaned and AC running great. Now I breathe easier knowing that the air I quality is better. Also a shout out to Drew and customer service. They also did a great job. I would definitely would recommend "SWAN" to anybody.

I called Swan Plumbing Heating and Air in a panic and they had a service technician here immediately. Did I mention it was Sunday?? Phil showed up and he was professional and polite and assessed the problem and went straight to work. Thank goodness it was nothing major! I would recommend their company to anyone! Rob Q installed our new air conditioner this summer. We love how quiet our new unit is! And Rob was wonderful to work with, polite and professional with us and his coworker. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we knew how to work our new high tech thermostat.

Everyone at Swan is amazing! They came out right away to diagnose our aging furnace. They were able to get the new one installed right away and did an amazing job. Everyone was very nice and professional. Very happy with our service!

Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We had gotten some bad information from another company, and he was very upfront in telling us that the cost of the repair was not worth it with the age of our furnace. He explained things thoroughly and made sure we knew exactly what the issue was so that we could make an informed decision. We called at 9 am and he was prompt and to our home by 10 am. He was also very friendly and personable, and even our grumpy dog liked him! We will definitely use this company again!

No one is ever happy to hear the news that they might need a new air conditioner unit, but working with Isaac at Swan Heating & Air Conditioning took the sting out of that decision. He came out quickly when our a/c went out and laid out all of the repair or replace options for us. His goal was not to oversell but to give us the knowledge and freedom to make the right choice for our home and budget. Our new unit has not even been installed yet, and we are already over the moon with our experience.

Thank you Zach for removing a 20 year old furnace and installing a brand new high efficiency furnace and AC. Zach is very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. We had several interactions where he explained what was happening and offering several helpful aids. Zach was very respectful at our home. He cleaned up after the job and wished us well. Dan did an awesome job, I was not home for the installation but had question after he left. So I reached out and in about 45 minutes they responded and called me to go over all the specifics. Very respectful and helpful to ensure I knew exactly how and why they did used the designs they did. Could not have asked for a better technician.
