Superior Mechanical Services, Inc. began in 1948 as a family-owned business. In 2005, SMS was acquired by long-time employees Jerry Williams & Joe Enos - with a vision to continue Superior's enduring record as a quality mechanical contractor. We are a union shop, and most of our technicians and staff have been employed with us for many years. I HAD NO HEAT FOR MONTHS BECAUSE OF MY OLD 1991 HEATING SYSTEM WENT OUT. SUPERIOR CAME IN RESPECTED MY COVID 19 MASK POLICY AND WORE SHOE COVERINGS AND THEY LAID DOWN COVERING TO PROTECT MY CARPETS. THEY CAME IN DID THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY EXPLAINED HOW TO WORK THE THERMOSTAT AND IM SO HAPPY I FINNALLY HAVE HEAT. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! One of our AC units was down on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Superior Mechanical Services and they responded quickly and said they could send somebody out in less than 48 hours. OT the technician was polite, friendly and professional. After a few minutes of diagnosing he found a bad capacitor and luckily had the right one with him.

He replaced it and our air conditioner was working again. He suggested that we charge the system with freon and it's been working great. I would highly recommend Superior Mechanical Services. Rich G.

I have used their services on two occasions. The first time was because our ac stopped working (of course, when it blistering hot outside!). I made an appointment and their technician was at my house EARLY - what a nice change! He fixed the problem quickly. These guys were fantastic. Alex was very confident in their quote and service offered when I told him I'd shop around. I ultimately ended up selecting them after vetting with three other vendors and my neighbor also vouched for their work. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and didn't try and oversell the HVAC we needed. They finished as promised and with high quality.
