Mariano, Gauny, and Daniel did a great job installing and giving overview of the new Lennox XP21 AC/Heat Pump and new CBA38MV Air Handler. They were on time, professional, communicated what they were working on, and left a clean job site. I would highly recommend them and Strand Brothers!

Francisco did an excellent job checking out our system both inside and out. He even alerted us to an improvement we could make to our AC drainage system we will likely implement in the future. I was also very pleased that, during the servicing of the outside units, he was able to make them operate more quietly than they had been previously. Thanks Strand Brothers and especially Francisco!

Richard and Gauny replaced the 17 year old system with a new Lennox system under the Advantage plan on Thursday. They arrived on time and completed the entire process by mid-afternoon. All Covid-19 protocols were observed, the removal and installation were performed quietly and without disruption to our work from home requirements. Kudos for the professionalism and politeness they exhibited. I would recommend Strand Bros.and their team to anyone.

I called to arrange a consultation on a mini- split HVAC system..I was expecting an appointment that week. They came that afternoon. They installed the system the very next day. Great service, professional consultation, very knowledgeable technicians. We love our new system.

Called about an AC problem. The service tech Ivan arrived within 30 minutes and did a complete examination of my AC unit. (He even crawled under my home to check the duct work and look for a possible cut of switch that may of been causing the malfunction of the unit.) Shortly after, he found the malfunctioning part, replaced it and made sure everything was working properly by doing multiple checks of the system. Ivan was a very knowledgable, respectful and courteous man. Excellent work. Thank you.

Alex came to do my annual check up on my four a/c units he was very polite very business like and stayed focus the whole two hrs-3hrs he was here. I cannot say enough about what an outstanding tech he was. I believe he was new at Strand Brothers. If this is the quality that Strand Brothers is hiring today they should be very proud of themselves. I will continue to use this company.

Alex Rodriguez with Strand Brothers was awesome. He came to my home yesterday and quickly got to the root of the problem with our AC unit. He took the time to explain how the problem was created, and how it could be prevented from happening again. He also called attention to things he knew would come up in the near future based on our unit along with an idea of what they will cost.

I really appreciated the time he took to educate us overall. When something breaks, it can be hard to listen to what needs to be done without thinking people are just trying to get more money from me. I didn't feel that way with him, and the fact that he educated us about future concerns will help me trust him and this company in the future as well.

I signed up for the annual membership on the spot solely because I trusted him and felt like he was really there to help me and not just trying to finish a job and get home. He was honest, genuine, and professional. I will ask for him specifically in the future, although if he is any indication of the level of expert and professionalism the other techs have, I am sure I would be happy with anyone. Thanks!

Strand responded immediately in a time of crisis - AC stopped working during 97 degree summer day. I called 2 different companies prior to Strand and they were no help. Strand had Alex out here within 3 hours of the call. He was professional, kind and so knowledgeable! He had it fixed in under an hour at a very fair price. I highly recommend Alex and Strand!

It's almost summer and certainly an awful time to have issues with the a/c. It was over 100 degrees yesterday and my a/c decided to not cool properly and my house was climbing in temperature. I've purchased my last 2 a/c units from strand brothers so I gave them a call right away. They were able to come on a Sunday and in less than 24 hours from my call.

The technician Alex Rodriguez showed up, diagnosed the issue, and was able to get my a/c back up and cooling. Alex was incredibly friendly and it was obvious that he's an expert at his job. Alex was great so if you need help, ask for him if possible.

1st technician sent didn't understand our 2 zone system. 2nd technician understood (sort of) but didn't have the right equipment. 3rd technician (and multiple calls with Billy) understood the job and had the right thermostats and circuit board. $1850 to update to "smart thermostats"

We needed major work done on our home in central Austin. All our pipes needed to be replaced as well as a new hot water heater, HVAC and ductwork. I got a number of quotes from reputable companies around town. Strand Brothers had a competitive quote. Curtis (for plumbing) and Adam (for HVAC) were both personable and patient when going over the quote and the job details.

When it came to each job Curtis, Adam and Nick were all amazing. They were easy to reach, efficient, and had great crews working with them. Everyone was respectful of my time and my home. Both jobs were completed and there were no hidden fees or price hiking.

We needed two showers fixed with parts being replaced and a new water filter system installed. Nick & Curtis were punctual, polite, efficient and showed respect to our property. Both were good humoured and kept is informed throughout the process and were pleased to answer my questions. Next time we need plumbing work done, we know who to call. Highly recommend.

I needed a new HVAC and my consultant was Alfonso, he did a marvelous job explaining differences in systems for me. I was given options no pressure and top notch customer care. We set up for installation and the crew was timely and amazing taking care of the installation and my home. My suit is a step 2 so very quiet and efficient! I was hesitant to sign up for a service plan monthly via Strand, but it's been paying off in spades. Not having to deal with trip charges makes evaluating an issue a lot less stressful. Recently we've been having a number of water and plumbing issues - Issac and Gari have been my go to plumbers, as they really go above and beyond to make sure everything is well and good. They're very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely recommended!

Strand Brothers is an awesome company! We have been with them for nearly twenty years and they never disappoint. Aaron was our technician today and he did a fabulous job with our maintenance a/c checkup. He was extremely professional and thorough as he explained how our system checked out. Aaron is an incredible representative of Strand and provided excellent customer service!

Our tech was Alex Rodriguez. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He not only got us back up and running in a timely manner, but also gave us a thorough explanation of what he repaired and why. Afterwards, he gave us some suggestions on how to improve the heating and cooling in our home. We couldn't have asked for a better tech. He obviously takes pride in his work and it shows. 9/24/2021: Just made two appointments through DeMarkis. Whatever you are paying this man, it's NOT enough. Courteous, personable and professional. Extremely customer service oriented. And he's got one heck of a good sense of humor. I have never said that making any kind of appointment is enjoyable, but this one was. He is a KEEPER!

Ty was so great, he arrived timely, assessed and diagnosed our problem quickly and the best part, he had the part with him. No second visit required. Not having A/C in this Texas heat is no joke and he had us fixed up within the hour! I highly recommend Strand Brothers!

I called at 9:30am for a clogged toilet and clogged sink. The scheduler called within 10 minutes and Bryan was at our house by 10:30! Super nice guy and gave us some at home tips as well to prevent future clogs. Highly recommended and we will use Strand Brothers again!

Great service by strand brothers plumbing team! I've had my tankless water heater for five years now and have never been able to get instant hot water downstairs. Multiple calls to the installer, Mr. Tankless, did no good. I got so fed up with this company i stopped calling. Today on a regular maintenance call i mentioned the issue to strand brothers. They looked through my manual, got on the phone with the manufacturer and fixed the issue. Big Thank you to Josh, Issac, and Gari!

I've been using Strand for both ac/heating and plumbing for many years. I've never been disappointed. Their technicians/plumbers are both very competent and easy to work with. I recommend them very highly.

We had a great service experience. Initially, had a different company come out for our A/C and were given a quote of $2500. Decided to get a second opinion the next day from Strand Brothers. Very nice guy came out with a completely different diagnosis. He was right but his repair didn't last and he worried that might be the case. We called back and had no difficulty getting a new guy out at no charge.

He agreed with the diagnosis and replaced the part we needed. Entire cost was ~$300. Will never use that initial company and will call strand brothers first. Telephone and personal experiences were excellent.

We had an excellent experience with Strand Brothers. I feel like HVAC is always sort of a losing battle, nobody likes the bill and it's always bad news, so it's difficult to weed out the good from the incompetent from the unlucky. Prior to Strand coming in, we got some unlucky and incompetent people, both, so yes, we were grateful when Lance from Strand came in and solved our issue quickly and competently.

I've waited over a week to write this, to make suuuuure that the repair took; everything appears to be tickety boo now. Rest assured if things mess up, I'll update. However again, you can't confuse having bad luck with a crappy HVAC system with incompetence on the tech's part. First of all, the tech figured out the problem almost instantly. But that's not what was so great.

What we really appreciated was how, besides the repair, Lance took the time to explain what can happen (in this instance, drain clog), how to avoid it, he showed us where the system drains, labelled where to put vinegar so we can clean the system ourselves every time we change the filter, and gave us a nice understanding of what was going on with our unit.

He gave us helpful tips on maintenance, both inside and outside and most importantly (to US, anyways) was not pushy about trying to get us to sign up for something - he was respectful and professional and really very nice. We're the kind of people who always go back to a sure thing, whether it's a restaurant or a service company, but so far so good with these guys. I'll let you know in the spring if they're still on my 5-star list.

Five star service for our home every time. We've had routine maintenance services as well as complete duct replacement, home comfort upgrades and emergency A/C repair. The Steam Brother's Service Expert, Isaac, came to our home and serviced our Central Air and Central Heating unit recently. I was very pleased with the Isaac's knowledge and expertise. He understood the problem we were having, and he was able to correct the problem quickly. Most imortantly, Isaac also adjusted our Air Conditioning system so that it would not have the same issue reoccur the n the future. I appreciate having a knowledgeable service expert to take care of our system.

I used Strand Brothers for both a plumbing repair and an AC Tune Up.

Justin Miller showed up on time (in face, he was early) for the plumbing issue early, diagnosed the problem with 2 minutes, and promptly fixed it. While he was here, I asked him to look at two other issues and he fixed those as well. Extremely professional.

Darin also showed up on time, explained everything, and took care of some trouble spots. He offered to change the filters while he was here and offered some suggestions on how to maintain the units in between services.
